Fantastic experience: Best gym in Wrexham. Family run gym, with very disciplined but informal atmosphere. No bodybuilders but plenty of weights and functional exercise equipment. Great MMA classes too and great bunch of people (including the members).

Positive experience: Gets very hot in summer and very cold in winter. The pitch reminds me of a pub league pitch even though it's astro.

Positive experience: Play a social game of football here most weeks. Pretty decent surface. Haven't used the gym facilities yet

Fantastic experience: Just had my first session at IPC. I had a great time, definitely want to go again. Easy to follow instructions, a good atmosphere and definitely got a work out on the wrestling session.

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic gym IPC is. Great atmosphere and friendly people. Advice and expert knowledge is always on hand if and when you need it from the brilliant coaches and support is always there from the other members. The difference between this gym and other gyms is the fact these guys actually care about your health and wellbeing. I can honestly say this place has changed my life.

Fantastic experience: My daughter attends the Children's Fundamentals Class on a Wed 5-6pm and loves it as it's so much fun! She has really improved her strength, flexibility and agility too.

Fantastic experience: Get to come to this facility every few months, quality coaching staff and facilities. A lot of knowledge between the coaches involved here, if you want to learn how to fight or get fit and you are in the area, theres no question, this is the spot to go.

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym in Wrexham. No egos in here and the staff are helpful and friendly. I've trained here for about 4 years and would go anywhere else. They have just got an indoor training pitch that'd amazing. Would definitely recommend this gym to any one.
