Fantastic experience: Brilliant new gym. Nice and modern. Has everything you need, plenty of equipment, although there's always room for improvement. Changing rooms are good, and have a hair dryer in them. There's a sauna upstairs as well. Good vibes all round. Glad I got a membership here.

Fantastic experience: Great new gym, got all the equipment you can think of, lots of classes or individual pt sessions if you prefer. If you can't get fit here you won't do it anywhere. Geoff and his team have created a lovely atmosphere to train in. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic new gym just opened down in Rye House in Hoddesdon . Was welcomed by the owner Geoff and his team. Great facilities very spacious gym with separate boxing/combat area and upstairs sauna room and fresh clean changing rooms . We’ve been everyday since it’s opened enjoying the new gym equipment . We ended up taking three annual memberships for our family . Overall experience very good and happy to support this local business and lose a few pounds at same time
