Fantastic experience: Took my son climbing there whose afraid of heights. Was given a warm welcome by Muhammad who was amazing with my son and helped him and gave him confidence to even try some of the wall. Muhammad was a natural at his job and made me feel at ease in leaving my son with him. Top job by the lad, would recommend him to others for sure.

Fantastic experience: had amazing time at extreme trampoline barking! the staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming, there were loads of different activities and areas available- dodge ball arena, basketball dunk, jumping into foam pits in addition to the soft play area on top of a vast number of trampolines. Great exercise and great fun! Good price too for everything that's offered and was such a extreme difference to our horrendous experience we had at Flip Out e6. Thank you Extreme Trampoline for restoring our positive fun, safe experience at a trampoline park! we will definitely be recommending to our friends and returning soon!

Fantastic experience: Great day out with the kids, took children aged 3, 10 , 12 there. Massive thank you to Laura the Duty Manager who went out of her way to ensure the children enjoyed their day and had a great time! Very big and lots to offer children of all ages, the staff are great and really help with the children and ensure they have a fun but safe time! A++++++++

Fantastic experience: We always have the best time here running between the trampoline park and soft play area. It’s a huge space and really well laid out. Never gets too busy. This is my kids fave hang out for the weekends

Fantastic experience: I took my 2 young children here last week during the school holidays and I have to say it is the best trampoline park we have been to. It wasn't over crowded, the price was really reasonable compared to most trampolining places and theres lots of space and things to do in there, theres a little dodge ball trampoline enclosure which is brilliant! I didnt book before so (I'm sure her name was Laura, a manager) helped me book on their systems and informed us where we needed to go etc and was really helpful. Will defo be going back! Thank you for a lovely few hours!

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym. If you want all the equipment and somewhere to train without being hounded by PTs, come here. It can get busy but the shear amount of equipment means you will hardly be waiting to complete your workout.

Fantastic experience: Only use gym at present but all equpiment clean. We are encouraged to sanitise equipment ourselves after use which most people do. Plenty of space to keep your distance if preferred - very few staff, but they are friendly and very helpful if you need them. Angie most helpful and knowledgeable in the gym department

Fantastic experience: Great gym, v large with big free weights section, machines section, cardio areas etc. Badminton facilities are shut due to covid. You book a 50m slot via the app if you are a member. Classes available too. Easy parking. Superb facility by the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham!

Watch sat Nav as took me to the centre but through the back where all gated and I could see centre but no entry as all fenced off. So entry is more Dagenham end. Was good canteen is pricey . And you have to purchase socks extra £2 each person.

Fantastic experience: Better Extreme finally came to Barking and Dagenham borough. This venue is well situated with easy access from A13. Lots of free parking spaces on the site. Inside many activities to choose from. Perfect for little tots, funky teenagers and the old buggers. We went trampolining for the first time in our lives and everyone enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. We will be back :-)

Fantastic experience: Went to the skatepark to ride bmx. very friendly staff and a decent skate park. nice mellow transitions and well thought out. would be quite hard to use if it is busy. climb wall looked good.

Fantastic experience: Excellent and friendly staff. Wonderful facilities for beginners and advanced users. Obstacles excellent and slide wonderfully. Would only say is a park where you need to constantly be looking as its a very fast park with lots of places to be snaked. Overall awesome!

Fantastic experience: Best Badminton facilities at Barking better . Very close from A13. Good parking space and free parking is the bonus. I have been to many other better . But parking is always a problem. Pay parking .
