Fantastic experience: The instructors are friendly and encouraging. They are perceptive to your skills and fitness needs, and adjust routines accordingly. The classes really help you develop strength and flexibility. Not only that, they’re fun and I look forward to them :) Everyone in class is a pleasure to meet up with every week — it is a lovely, safe space. ✨‍♀️

And even when a limb accidentally knocks her she’s still very supportive. Thank you for all the years helping me with the skills I got from pole fitness. I hope to come back soon. Xx

There are a variety of classes at various times and Miranda is an exceptional teacher for all of them, really patient and helpful where she can be. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Pole Affinity’s classes are always good fun. The instructor is very friendly and knowledgeable. All classes are fully inclusive whether you’re a beginner or done it before. I would highly recommended this to anyone looking for a fitness class to tone and up and build confidence.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant environment to focus on fitness and develop/learn new sports...like Aerial/hoop, pole and stretch/yoga. All classes are fun! My flexibility has increased so much with attending stretch/yoga. Miranda is a very supportive trainer and I feel well looked after in classes. I have made great friends there which is a lovely bonus! Xxx

Fantastic experience: A friendly welcoming place, run by experienced instructors, who give time to everyone individually each lesson to ensure you get the most out of your training . The studio is beautiful, overlooking the River Taw. It is light airy and has lots of space, in addition to pole there is a good balance of other classes available such as yoga, pilates, bootcamp, stretch and aerial.
