Fantastic experience: Awesome place to get fit ,gain confidence, learn to fight and have fun. Quality teacher and encouragement from the other students.

Fantastic experience: Since starting at SJ both my fitness and conference has grown massively, rich is a brilliant teacher and SJ are like a family to me, would highly recommend to anyone considering.

Fantastic experience: Amazing workout experience. Was made to feel really welcomed from start to finish. Rich the head coach has great knowledge he knows what he is doing takes time with each individual person. Talking step by step through the movements. If your thinking of getting into MMA or getting your fitness up your in safe hands. Everybody doing the class was very upbeat No egos. Generally a lovely vibe. But do bring lots of Water you will need it.
