Had a strongman comp here and it was incredible. All the staff extremely helpful, the event was ran amazingly and just over all a great day. The gym inside looks like it has everything you could ever possible need!

The gym itself is always clean and tidy and the atmosphere is very welcoming. If you want to get in shape and enjoy yourself whilst your doing it, this is the place to come!!!

Really great gym, very friendly and welcoming staff and loads of good equipment to suit body building, strong man, powerlifting and cardio! Old school equipment which is a rare find! Very clean too and separate facilities for women if you wanted to train separate. Prices are really affordable and they also offer massages with a qualified therapist, and also a range of supplements and products. Definitely worth it! Much nicer atmosphere than commercial gyms! We really enjoy training here!

Best gym experience I had so far. The personal trainers are great and very helpful. They take your wishes seriously and make sure you achieve your goals in short amount of time. If your looking for a new change then this is the place to be. Definitely recommend it to everyone. Worth trying.

Great family run local gym. The owner Hashim is at the gym everyday to welcome members and provide advice even if you’re not signed up to his bespoke personal training packages. I now enjoy going to the gym and look forward to working hard using the abundance of equipment Hashim has provided for his customers. An amazing gym thst helps all to maximise and achieve their full potential. Hashim and the girls run the gym with passion and love and it shows in the amazing rapport built with all the gym users. Better Bodies does what it promises and I can vouch for that from my own personal experience of reaching my goals. Check it out for yourself is the best thing I can say.

Great gym. Personal trainers know what they're doing. If you want to see results, this is the place to go. They make you graft but it feels brilliant. 5 out of 5 for me.

This is an excellent gym. Current doing PT sessions to get to my goal and within the 2 months i have been i have noticed a substantial difference. Very friendly and they make it very enjoyable which you don't get from other gyms 2 Month Update - Still continuing my PT sessions and have to say have noticed a substantial difference. Plenty of comments from family & friends. A big thank you to Hash and the girls for the support and mentoring

Great gym with the most amazing staff - so friendly and helpful. The gym has fantastic equipment and an exclusive women's only zone as well as free parking. Definitely recommend.

Brilliant gym and great staff very knowledgeable and know their stuff, hash has prepped me twice for competing now and he got me to the British finals, would definitely recommend wouldn’t go anywhere else now

Fantastic gym, I've recently joined with my wife and have got to say it's the best gym experience we have had. Seperate area for women and a wide variety of machines, equipment and products available. The welcoming we have received from the owners is incredible with lots of support and advice to help us get the most out of our time and memberships to achieve our goals. I highly recommend this gym, 5 stars!!!

Great place hashim great personal trainer . Great family running gym I've reached a goal of being 18stone and know I'm 13.4 stone .roughly 87.5 kilo. Thanks to jamila for her diet plan And hashim for personal trainer. Top gym recommend to any one who wants a friendly family run gym and great people who train there. Seperate men's section /separate women's section. I would give gym 200 star rating.
