Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, the people are serious, everyone's there to graft and push eachother. No EGOS! Friendly staff and great food! They have a cafe that sells healthy food and food all day!

Positive experience: Proper gym. Big blokes, boxers and regular guys like me, plus one or two serious women training on bars, dumbells and carefully placed machines. Everyone says hello. Everyone is there to work. Very loud dance music. Would prefer Rock. My son, who knows his stuff, trains me. Love it.
