Fantastic experience: I love Cyc:d, its so full of positive vibes and the energy is amazing. I love my Monday lunchtime spin and Thursdays body blast. Smoothies are an amazing additional touch after a very sweaty work out. Just wish I had started coming sooner. Everyone just works at their own ability and there is great moral too, we encourage each other on when its getting a bit tough. I just love it. Thanks Cyc:d team. xx

Fantastic experience: CYC:D Rocks! This spinning studio is a hidden Haslemere gem, tucked away just off the High Street. The small intimate venue creates an intense atmosphere, with a great lighting and sound system. There are about 25, Schwinn Carbon Blue bikes in the studio, which is also used for yoga. The atmosphere, coupled with the instructors motivates you to push harder and makes it an experience you won't get from a normal leisure centre spin. The venue being small can, when a full class especially, means it gets pretty hot in there and the flannels they bring round to cool you down at the end of the class come as a welcome relief! Outside the studio there are showers (2x women, 1x men) that are nice and clean with decent products and towels supplied. This small number can create a bottle neck at the early morning sessions if people are looking to get changed before work. There is a juice bar, where your orders are prepared and ready for when your class ends. Booking is easy via their website and any problems Naomi and her team are always happy to help out if you pop in or give them a call. It's a hot boutique spinning studio and one that definitely is worth checking out!
