Trident Bridgwater Gym

Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful staff, top of the range gym equipment, either brand new or very well cleaned and maintained. 2 jungle gyms, boxing ring, climbing rope and lots of iron to pump! There's also a variety of energy drinks, protein products and healthy frozen meals. Sauna and tanning room are also a plus. Bit far to walk from the high street so it doesn't get as packed even in peak hours. One of the best if not the best gym in Bridgewater!

Great selection of healthy meals and protein powder available as well. And even with the recent covid situation the gym has been expanded and lots more equipment added. Everything is clean and well kept.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym to train in, some of the equiptment in here you just dont see in rugular gyms. Also the atmosphere has got to be one of the best ive trained in too which makes it so easy to train hard and enjoy it!!! I travel from Clevedon to train here a couple times a week as it 100% worth the travel. Great gym!!
