Fantastic experience: A great little gem on my doorstep. Fantastic staff, great mix of classes available and have really worked hard to keep going as much as possible with changing lockdown restrictions which has meant I've lost 15kg in lockdown and kept myself sane. Fantastic experience: Run by Kathy, very organised, the gym is always clean and a friendly place to be. Staff accommodating. Enjoyed the last three years playing badminton there
