Fantastic experience: Great place to exercise, friendly staff. Always clean. Plenty of kit to use, can get busy. But don't they all.

Fantastic experience: Cheap gym.....10-20 quid a month.. cant go wrong. Staff friendly and helpful. Had no issues at all. Also staff encourage members to speak to them if they have problem or questions. They always acknowledge you when you enter the gym.. really improved since JD took it over !

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Great Gym for the price can't comment on how busy it gets as I tend to go early, the equipment is up to a good standard and overall people seem to be keeping to the rules when it comes to Covid-19

Fantastic experience: Great gym, has 4 boxing bags and allot of equipment, great prices and also a 5 day free trial, staff was really friendly, bring 20p or your own lock for the lockers (i left mine without locking them but everything was still there).

Fantastic experience: Convenient location plenty of equipment even at buy times. Helpful staff are on hand to help support you, and at a reasonable cost you can have your own personal trainer. This works out at less than the cost of most other gyms monthly membership cost

Fantastic experience: Signed up at doncaster but occasionally visit castleford, good gym not as big as doncaster but their calf raise machine works properly unlike the one in doncaster. Can workout and watch the ski and snowborders at same time.

Fantastic experience: Tried a number of gyms up and down the country and glad that this is my local. For £10 a month, you'd be hard pushed to find anything better. Big space, modern equipment, plenty of machines and none of the fluff that comes with a health centre gym (spa, pool) that push the price up. It can get busy at peak times, but there aren't many gyms that don't. Great value.

Fantastic experience: Great selection of free weights up to 75kg missing 60s though. Great selection of machines loads of benches deadlift platform but only 1 squat rack. Great area for cardio punching bag n sparring ring. Helpful staff wide range of personal trainers. Great price

Fantastic experience: Really great prices, and good equipment with a fantastic variety equipment. Classes also have a brilliant variety and are run professionally in a fun manor. Even at the busy time of the first Monday in January you're still able to get on the machines that you want to. Although you're paying less you get the same experience as anywhere with a crazy price for a membership!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at this gym for several years and in that time I have always been made to feel welcome, at 66 years of age this is important when considering joining a gym. The equipment and staff at the Castleford gym are first rate. I would recommend this gym to anyone. Thank you Xercise4Less Castleford, keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Membership price is very cheap, all equipment is in good condition, when anything is damaged, it's fixed quickly. Good variety of classes and easy to follow programme. Everything I need, definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely luv x4less best gym ever great spinning and pump classes loads to do including treadmills and weights. Would definitely recommend it never 2 days the same do your own thing have a PT train you or do a class everyday. Best thing I've done joining met loads of new friends and old one's too. So go out there and join be a winner get motivated.
