Also there are classes to take part in which are very fun and proactive. changing rooms are very clean and showers are clean also. would recommend to anyone looking for a new gym to join. there is also free parking for members. Dont forget to enter your car registration number

Positive experience: Overall a very good gym! But, the opening hours? Weekdays not too bad - weekends are a joke!!! You have to be out by 7pm, meaning facilities end earlier. Come on guys, sort this out!!!

Positive experience: It's a good gym with free group classes , swimming, sauna, steam room, jakozi and free parking. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 star is because I feel free weights area is too small and very little weights and excersice can be done there. Also gym closes bit early specially if you work during the day. Some time I hardly make it. Not everyone work 9-5. It would be best if it closes at 12 during week days and 10pm on weekends to give enough time for working people to get there and do some excecise and avoid the rush peak time.

Positive experience: Been going here for 3yrs and it has everything you need. Slightly, more expensive than the 24/7 gyms but has far more to offer and is worth the cost. Staff are lovely and helpful. Highly recommend????????

Positive experience: Really Good gym, it has everything. Swimming pool, steam room, great changing rooms and shower, cafe and the equipment are top notch. They also have free parking. The only thing that will make it better if it was open 24/7. They close a bit too early on my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Only joined the gym a week ago but already loving it. Plenty of equipment and weights - dumbells going up to 60KG! (might be more). A great selection of cardio equipment too. Excellent value for money as sauna and swimming pool included in cost.

Fantastic experience: Great value, for the monthly cost. Weights are plentiful, gym is well maintained and clean. I also greatly enjoy the boxing circuits and the pool. To be honest, l joined due to Iulia. She's a great sales adviser and turned this couch potato into a more active one. Thanks for showing me things in a different light!

Fantastic experience: Recently re-joined the gym. Great selection of weight machines - including the extended plate-loaded section that alleviates the normal busy times! Fantastic value considering the membership fee including steam, sauna, extended jacuzzi and heated pool. Gem of a gym in Harrow!

Fantastic experience: It's an old gym, so don't get faked by the images you see. Facilities are great, lots of modern equipment. Free parking available, but don't forget to enter your vehicle registration at the reception, otherwise you will get £100 penalty.

Georgiana is not only amazing manager but also great team leader. Without her the gym will b chaos. I enjoy the pool and sauna And for £24.99 For all inclusive u will never get better deal.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for a few years now and I love it. The machines on the 3rd floor have been replaced 1 year ago. The classes are great: Vera is brilliant! She is full of positive energy and she really focuses on each individual. Zumba and Tabata classes have improved my fitness levels Kelly and Tina are also great and I enjoy their classes. Very friendly and helpful receptionists and personal trainers-Patrick in particular. Clean facilities and great value for money. When it gets busy you can hardly find parking. Marcela Iosif

Fantastic experience: Gold is everything you need in a gym, since joining as far back as 2008 I have lost weight from a dress size 22 to size 14, apart from regular attendance to group exercise classes I have enjoyed using the spa. It’s such an amazing place to meet great like minded people. I recommend this gym

Fantastic experience: Great facilities with parking. There are great selection of training equipment to suit all users. Decent price considering the facilities on offer. They also serve Halal food in the cafe. Never been too packed yet and have had always find it to be clean and well looked after.
