Fantastic experience: Really good gym, staff were helpful and equipment is very good. I visited whilst working out of town and found this place far better than most gyms I have been to and at £4 for a day session very well priced... 5 stars thoroughly deserved!

Fantastic experience: Very good gym, great selection of equiptment a lot more then your everyday fitness centre. Friendly helpful staff and again a massive selection of pre workouts and protein shakes. I was only in the area for the weekend shame or i'd definately sign up.

Fantastic experience: Had my first day at this gym this morning and I'm quite happy with all the equipment and all the weighs they have over ther, enough cardio machines and have punching bag as well. There is plenty of parking outside so you all ways will find a spot near by. Like in most gyms 3 out of 8 lockers are broken. Not to much space to store your stuff. Day pass it's only £4.

Fantastic experience: Big gym with lots of great equipment, one of the best gyms I've ever trained at.

Positive experience: Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Plenty of heavy weights, there's even a Viking press bench. Tonnes of equipment and weights to go around. I was never waiting to use anything even when it was quite busy tonight at 6:30 till 7:00. Good location just over the road from Asda. Needs more parking spaces, but we was able to find space fairly easily.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with excellent equipment and knowledgeable staff willing to give help and advise to new starters and old timers. I'm a big guy and find the equipment at other gyms can be a bit small for me, not a problem here! I've never had a problem bringing my own water so don't know what the other reviewer is on about?
