Positive experience: Really lovely staff and really good gym equipment. Definitely worth the trip.

Positive experience: Great experience going to the gym and swimming afterwards! Plenty of equipment to use. My only negative was that the changing rooms for swimming were quite dirty!

Positive experience: The centre is a bit dated and I have only used the pool. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The floors were very slippery and the changing rooms were extremely small when trying to get an 18 month old changed too. Pool was a good size. Definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Only use the gym which is very well equipped. I've never found it too busy ( evenings) and excellent value.

Positive experience: Swim was great health suite was not, due to steam not working and not to be informed at Reception on arrival!

Positive experience: It's a nightmare trying to swim in school holidays. They squeeze all lane swimmers into two tiny lanes. It's impossible to overtake and you're forced to swim at the slowest swimmers pace. They should look after members who swim all year round. There is plenty of time outside the restricted lane swim slot for families to enjoy the pool.

Fantastic experience: Blinding place ...they are taking every step to stay safe

Positive experience: The leisure centre is fine while you are there. However the website and booking is rubbish. When you can get into the booking it is very slow, member login doesn't remember password. It took me half an hour to book for next week and it would not acknowledge confirm. Whilst on my mobile I phoned gym, the receptionist confirmed that my bookings were in my account however when I checked again that evening the bookings were not there hence I had lost my place for Pilates next Thursday. You want us to book on line but it doesn't work. You have had months to get it right and it is now worse than before covid. Please don't give the excuse that lots of people are using it. Get it right.

Fantastic experience: Love going for a swim here. Have lane swimming for serious swimmers. Family fun sessions. Early bird and plenty of swimming lessons whatever your ability. I've been coming here on and off for years at first with my children and now with grandchildren. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. It's always a pleasure to visit.
