Fantastic experience: Was so looking forward to getting back to my gym sessions after lockdown have been a member for over 2 years Andrea and all the staff are brilliant. All the covid measures are in place the system is explained to you and you use hand sanitiser throughout your session so you feel totally safe and can get on with your workout. Its a lovely gym for ladies and very friendly so makes keeping fit more enjoyable!

What a fantastic job Andrea and Mom have done in getting it ready for us to use again felt very safe distancing rules in place and as usual a workout with good company and excellent trainers. Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere friendly staff best gym I have been to and actually feel comfortable in doing the workout then at a normal gym. Your in do your thing and back out with a bit of laughter and music. Feel great about yourself when leaving.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for four years now. When I first joined, I lost a stone and dropped 2 dress sizes with 12 weeks. I continue to go to maintain my fitness, and because I have made so many friends, it’s nice to chat, whilst working out. There is always a lot of laughter. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I love the fact it’s ladies only and there are members of all ages & sizes. No mirrors and weekly weigh ins are available. Personalised program to suit your requirements, which are reviewed regularly. Having just returned since the lockdown. I was pleased to see the changes that had been made to keep all members and staff safe. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Gym of the future. One day all gyms will be like this. 100 % support and someone always there while you work out to make sure you are working correctly unlike normal gyms who after your first visit just leave you to it. Your plan, circuit, nutritional needs and diet tailored for you. Your assessed regular which includes your blood pressure body mass weight and measurements. Cannot rate highly enough the best life decision I've ever made with jaw dropping results.
