Fantastic experience: Nice clean and friendly

Fantastic experience: I went to this gym for the first time today, it’s a great gym, good equipment, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I asked a staff member for help because I didn’t know how to use the weight machines, she went out of her way to show me a full body workout using weight machines. I am not sure of her name but I was in on the 24th of November at 1:20 to around 3pm. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for a good few years now, good selection of cardio equipment, alright free weights. Would like another bench press maybe but you can setup your own on a squat rack. Very good price for what you get and it’s open 24 hours unlike most gyms in the area so you can go when it’s not too busy.

Fantastic experience: I have been using this gym since November and find all the staff very welcoming and friendly. I would like to make a special mention to Liam whom works as a night cleaner. Being female I always feel safe in their on my whilst he's working and he is always happy to answer any questions.

Definitely worth a visit Update after 5 months Still a great gym, a bit busier now than it was but I'm assuming that's a combination of less covid restrictions and new year resolutions

Fantastic experience: Been coming on and off for 10yrs now. Friendly staff, not too busy at the times i train and plenty of equipment. Great shower and changing facilities on site too with a dedicated disabled toilet and washroom as well as ones in changing rooms

Fantastic experience: Decent gym decent equipment

Fantastic experience: Recently started at this gym (around 4 weeks now) and I am really enjoying it. I've just recently qualified as a PT and decided to move gyms as my last one increased prices and changed ownership. I was a bit disappointed to see quite a few bits of equipment in need of repair but at the time I go, they weren't required to keep up with demand, so they were "spares" anyway, which is not a massive issue. They were repaired today (20th August). Most patrons adhere to the covid safe rules of wiping things down after use which is nice to see. Let's hope it continues once it's no longer a big health issue, because it's nice to not deal with sweaty weights. I've only once had to adapt my workout flow (today) due to needing certain equipment, which is pretty good out of 12 visits so far. So the equipment ratio isn't too bad. Free WiFi, 24 hour access, free parking and classes included in it's very reasonable price. I'm enjoying my time here so far.

Fantastic experience: I've only been here twice and in my eyes it's a great gym. The music is gym worthy unlike the radio most places play, the staff are nice and friendly and the equipment is more than I need so I have new ways to work out. I recommend Lifestyle to anyone. Update* since being here I have 3 new personal bests within the first 2 weeks of being there the equipment is great

Fantastic experience: Really like this gym, has a huge range of equipment, good classes and friendly staff. It's also a well priced gym considering local competition.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym all staff are helpful also they have a protein bar supplied by Ultimate Supplements which comes in handy when you have finished your workout you can grab a protein shake and have a relaxing chill before you leave.

Fantastic experience: I'm very picky when it comes to a gym, it should have a diverse amount of equipment, be clean, use some of latest technology, and be spacious as I don't like busy gyms. Lifestyle fitness does all that and at a good price! Perfect.
