Fantastic experience: Good gym, can get a little busy. They have a small women's only room. Locker/changing rooms are modern and clean. Showers are great. Reasonably priced, lots of classes included in the price. No joining fee and no contract. Open early and until late.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a personal trainer who not only pushes you to the max to get to where you want to be, but also pushes herself so so hard for where she wants to be too - then choose Jodi Shires, she's amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly! I have been having PT sessions from Jodi since November last year and she has changed my confidence completely and I couldn't thank her enough!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at JD gym since it opened, I was getting to the point where I wasn’t feeling motivated anymore or seeing any progression so I decided to have a few PT sessions with Jodi…I didn’t realise how little I was pushing myself before I started training with Jodi! She is amazing and super friendly. Her spin classes are also the best!!

Fantastic experience: Hats off to the cleaners, toilets are the cleanest of any gym I've used Not too mention the huge range of equipment, I've never waited for anything to free up.

Fantastic experience: Theres plenty of equipment and all the stuff you find in gyms, the question is how busy does it get and can u do a work out without waiting.. every time I go I can get round no messing no waiting.. yes there are cheaper gyms but cheap brings crowds of people, crowds of people bring extended waiting time

Fantastic experience: Great gym, plenty of equipment in gym to use. Excellent classes especially zumba and yoga.

Positive experience: Clean, air conditioning, enough machines. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Folk who go aren't there to preen or pose. They actually want to work out and will give you assistance if you want.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Welcoming and friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, they keep the gym clean and covid safe too! Very good variety of equipment, women's section is an added bonus & great value for money too! No complains :)
