Fantastic experience: The swimming pool is always clean and not too cold. The pool toilets aren't sparkling though. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: The welcoming staff on reception. Tiffany who is friendly & works out the best registration to suit you. My induction / introduction to the gym equipment with Ross was friendly & professionally delivered, he explained in simple terms how everything works walking through the machines & equipment you will use after a few questions about what you would like to achieve. A personal progeamme at your pace.Im in my 60's & looking forward to my 1st session in the gym. Staff always on hand nothing is too much trouble, if you forget what they've told you no problem they wil explain again & again. I urge you If you're thinking about joining give it a go you'll be glad you did & so will your precious body.

Fantastic experience: Can get busy at peak times but if you choose the right days to train certain muscle groups and right days to do your cardio you'll be fine.... All the staff are polite and helpful, which is a big contrast to the rude staff who work at Howe Bridge Sports Centre down the road (the other lifestyles gym)

Fantastic experience: Excellent choice of classes from intermediate to extreme the staff are more than happy to help and the younger lad Jamie the nutritionist absolutely knows everything there is to know about nutrition if that's your thing lol they also have an extensive range of machinery for training different body parts and a free weights room only thing the place could do with is a steam room or sauna

Fantastic experience: A relatively new development offering various activities to suit most adults and children. There is a well equipped gym,sports hall,large swimming pool and a variety of other studios that offer PILATES, dance etc. Outside there is ample parking.

Fantastic experience: I played in a tournament over a weekend here and found the staff friendly enough. There is no cafe for food only a drinks and snack machine. The sports hall wass ok, the flooring on the basketball courts is a big dated to play on. The facilities seemed to be kept clean. There is plenty of car parking either side of the building, people with trailers need to park around the back.
