Fantastic experience: First session today . After loosing 5st and have agoraphobia was very daunting. But David the instructor was absolutely fantastic with me. Not only is he a great teacher and took his time with me. He also listened to my problems. Can’t wait to go back would definitely recommend it they are all great people in here . Thanks to David and the team .

Fantastic experience: What an experience. Fabulous. I joined and was a massive 24 stone, I lost 6 in under a year and now am 16 stone, healthy and happy both physically and mentally. As a welcome aside from that, I’ve met brilliant friends & am capable of doing things that I never would have thought possible. I would suggest I’m going to be on the planet 10 years more than I would have been had I not joined. Dave is fantastic. Patient and modest, he’s become a friend to my family as have many of the people I have met along the way. My ten year old lad can’t wait to be there every week, his confidence and ability has grown too - what a way to spend Saturday together. Wasn’t at all what I expected. Kick boxing would make you believe it’s full of testosterone fuelled young guys... but the club generates and fosters brilliant & respectful people of any age or gender My only regret is I never started 15 years ago.

Fantastic experience: so I've been here about 6 weeks now, i only do one lesson a week. I won't like I'm not fit or I wasn't six weeks ago but then I joined this revolutionary sport and honestly im so much fitter! It was kind of intimidating going on my own however everyone made me feel welcome and like part of the family! It didn't matter what age or gender you were, you were equal. My questions were always answered no matter how small or repetitive they were and I never felt pressures to keep up with people who had been there for years. If you are thinking about joining but are scared or nervous honestly just do it! You will be joining a warm and friendly group who push you to be the very best you that you can be! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!

Fantastic experience: Great gym would definetly reccomend great instructors that take the time to teach you through what you are doing wrong , came down to try my first lesson yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it , will definetly be coming back !

Fantastic experience: Awesome place. Professional and patient instructors who have years of experience and have been champions at kickboxing respectively. Individual classes for juniors teenagers and adults. Very good and well managed gym and equipment. Open as good as every day. During the day from as early as 0800 on some days to 2130 most weeknight evenings. Maximum of 12 per session. Also personal tuition offered. For fitness or love of martial arts this place is a must.
