Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Michaela at Alpine Health Club for her absolute professionalism and knowledge regarding Dermologica products. She gave a first class service in talking my daughter through her skin regime who suffers from acne at present. We were offered a "free" consultation which was a fantastic idea as it gave my daughter the chance to listen, learn and get involved in her daily routine. She assessed her skin and gave us "free" samples to go away and try. She was also given a mini cleanse which even after such short time showed a remarkable difference in her skin and was much calmer. After 3 days the difference was amazing and led my daughter to ask if I could get her some product as she was worried she would run out as she could also see it was working. Not only did the skin look cleaner but clearer and smooth and she could use a concealer during the day, again by Dermologica which also continued treatment. Bonus! I would 100% recommend anyone looking into changing their skin care or for someone who suffers from acne to visit Michaela at Alpine Health Club and let her guide you through the steps and you will be amazed at her knowledge and understanding. The product, well the results speak for themselves. Having been a sufferer of severe acne as a child I only wish I had received the same care and advice we received from Michaela. Fantastic experience: OH my God, Thank you so much, I love the spa, every time I go there i get my friendly greeting and making me feel so included and can trust them. Yesterday when my anxiety came and I was very scared but once I had my treatment today, that anxiety was melting away, and I love how they let me try new treatment and more. Fantastic experience: I have suffered for weeks with a tissue/muscle injury in my right shoulder so I booked a tension massage with Lorna hoping for some pain relief, and that is exactly what i got. I can't tell you how relaxing & proffessional my treatment was, with my shoulder pain literally halved. I'm truly thankful and send so much praise to a very talented young lady. Thank you. Fantastic experience: It took me ages just to make the call to arrange an induction at the Alpine because the thought of using a gym again after so many years was incredibly daunting. However, from the moment that I walked through the door, to today, I have been made to feel very welcome. It is clean. I have never had to queue to get on any of the equipment. More importantly, the whole team are amazing. Every time I go there, they always take the time to ask how I am, how I’m getting on and if I need anything. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive. I don’t just get a “Hello.” I get a “Hello Helen.” It’s personal and it’s appreciated. Thank you. I would recommend joining this gym to others.

Fantastic experience: Booked in for the valentines massage with my mum and had a wonderful experience! The spa itself is lovely and the ladies made us feel so comfortable. The treatment was the best full body massage I have had. Looking forward to booking in for more!

Fantastic experience: Me and my partner had the valentines package together, I was anxious about the experience to begin with, but the two ladies that did our massage was great, they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed safe to say I enjoyed it very much, ill definitely b back in the future. Great customer service and brilliant massage too.

Fantastic experience: We visited for the Valentines Massage. I can honestly say it was the best massage I have ever had, so relaxing & I felt so exhilarated afterwards. The room was very welcoming, the wine & chocolates were a lovely touch too. I would highly recommend this massage and cannot wait to have another one !!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Had a massage in the spa today, this was my 5th or 6th, Lorna the masseuse was very strong and professional but also caring, I have Parkinson's disease and now have a massage every two weeks to help with my aches and pains. I would highly recommend this spa and health club

Fantastic experience: Joined a week ago. Nice place, very nice staff and most important, is not crowded. This was the criteria that made it a winner for me.Equipment is new and of good quality and the place is maintained clean and nice. If they put a booster for the broadband as well as the signal is not great at the back or the gym would be lovely. Staff makes you feel welcomed and the sauna is nice (again not many people there so happy days) Is a bit more expensive then the other gym in town but not by much and I think is worth it.

Fantastic experience: I decided to move to Alpine last year as I was lacking motivation and accountability at my previous gym. Could not recommend this place enough! The staff are always helpful and polite, the atmosphere is great which makes you feel comfortable. Gym goers are at all levels of fitness and you never feel judged. The programs are made to suit you, which can be changed up to keep it interesting. Fun fitness classes in the evenings, I go to legs, bums and tums on a Tuesday and love it.

Fantastic experience: Rejoined Alpine a year ago after a long absence due to work. Just as I remember. Alpine have a huge range of CV and resistance equipment/free weights. It is a welcoming place to people of all fitness levels. The staff take an interest in the progress of all members. James and Chris were able to customise my workout around my recovery from a shoulder injury. Programmes are changed regularly to keep it interesting. Gives me the motivation that I need to exercise regularly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality I have started using the sunbed at Alpine in the last week. I have been on 3 times and i can already see a nice glow coming. The sunbed is a lay down one which just adds to the relaxation. the sunbed also has options of fans on it so if you get to warm you can cool down with the fans. would recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: Facilities: Secure onsite free parking, Large changing room area, Sauna, Premium gym equipment compared to nearest competition (Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Cybex), Spa and competitively priced supplement range. Covid-19 preventive Measures: Hand sanitiser stations throughout building, one way systems, no scheduling/ booking system to enter gym (Massive plus!) and individual antibac spray/microfibre cloths to wipe down all equipment before/after use. Feel safer going here than Tesco! Training Programme: Recently received a new personal training programme by Chris - refreshed every 12 weeks. Top quality and personalised to my needs, listening to my goals and worked with me to develop a 2 day split programme. Once the programmes over the staff will still be around to make you feel welcome saying hello and have a quick chat.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Alpine health club for the past 22 years, I could end my review there as I think that says it all. The Alpine is a first-class health club and isn't your typical get as many members through the door as possible and forget about you like PureGym or equivalent budget chain that seem to be flooding the market with their false promises and poor customer service that I frequently hear about, these gyms are cheap for a reason. The staff at Alpine are friendly, knowledgeable and are always willing to help and go the extra mile. Salvi the owner is also first-class and always has time for you and continues to invest back into the club with the latest high-end equipment If you're thinking of joining a health club or fed up with your current one give the Alpine team a call, you will not regret it.

The Alpine team are always on hand to provide expert advice and even personal fitness programmes to keep you on track. Fantastic experience: No Hidden Extra's. A clean and professional gym, quality equipment, happy helpful staff, and a warm atmosphere. Most gyms leave you to fend for yourself, yet James and the crew are there with free regular personal sessions and always on hand to assist between times to polish your moves. The free Sauna is, so often a relaxing finish followed by a shower and a coffee in the small but friendly lounge. Pamper yourself, maybe a session on the sunbeds or a satisfying massage to remove the knots and relax the aches. This is not Arnie's weightlifting crew more a friendly mix of young and old, polite, chatty, interested folk who always have a kind word and a few minutes to talk; if your 16 or 60, or more you'll find the session will brighten your day and put a spring in both your physical and mental step. If you are looking to get fit, lose weight or just get out of the house Alpine is one of the better choices you could make.

I have been going to the Alpine for many years now, the team are amazing, very welcoming and professional. Fantastic experience: Cant fault the alpine its an amazing gym and the staff are lovely. Since opening after lockdown I feel very safe at the gym they have excellent hygiene with cleaning stations. Alpine have put great safety measures in place and i dont think you could get any better!

Fantastic experience: I have to say that I am completely satisfied with Alpine Health Club. I joined their gym 2 months ago. The equipment, there is so much to use. I got a great programme from James and there is so much to offer. The spa is fantastic, great choice of treatments and the ladies (Kayla, Lorna and Lucia) in there are so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Alpine to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I have a full body massage once each month with Lorna so friendly and professional sometimes I fall asleep it is so good. The gym itself is also amazing with all the best machines and free weights. Always clean and fresh I have never been anywhere as good. The staff including the owner are always available to help in any way they can and are always smiling and friendly I cannot praise the club any higher than 5 stars which is a shame because they do deserve more in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experiences being back at the Alpine with all staff as friendly and supportive as ever. A noticeable deep clean inside and out with new covid safety measures clearly displayed and cleaning stations easily accessible . Good to have classes back up and running as these prove positive and motivating and a much needed massage went down very nicely, a new experience for me which will most definitely be repeated !!!!

Fantastic experience: Clean warm & welcoming place! James's boot camp classes are really enjoyable even though challenging, making sure all aspects are covered (legs, arms, core, balance , cardio) throughout the week! A great gym to work out in and all members of staff are highly professional, Kayla Lorna and Lucia make you feel really welcome and at ease, also they are very knowledgeable with in the club & spa! Would recommend highly to friends & family!

Fantastic experience: The staff go above and beyond to help and nothing is too much of a task for them. I find you’re always welcomed with a smile and leave with one too! So much variety of equipment and spa treatments that are offered in a super clean environment, and I can’t fault it at all and would 100% recommend!

Also have had treatments in Alpine Health Spa, recent tension release massage by Lucia was excellent, she worked on all the areas I needed working on and came out feeling brand new! Would recommend to anyone!!
