If you’re looking for personal training in the North Cambridge area, I train a limited number of clients 1-2-1 in my studio in March. Renovated during lockdown the private studio is perfectly equipped to help you achieve your goals.

Training online has changed the game. Virtual Sessions through Skype, FaceTime and Zoom allow me to train my clients anywhere in the world. By keeping clients consistent with their training, we achieve the best results!

When you first start training it can be quite daunting. Which exercises are best? How often should I train? What even is a cable wood chop? But before you worry about all that, here are 5 of the most important things to think about when starting from scratch that are key to your long-term success.

Thanks to the wonders of modern technology, my clients can participate in face-to-face sessions with me anywhere in the world, in any space, any time with zero or limited equipment. Using applications like ZOOM, FaceTime, Skype, and Teams, means that your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop are the only gym you will ever need to stay fit and healthy, and achieve your goals.

I wish I could say the road to a healthier lifestyle and body you desire was an easy one. For some it will be easier than others, it depends on how far you want to go. My aim is to make the journey as easy as possible, avoiding delays and keeping you on the right path at all times.

You will sweat. There will be days when you do not want to train. There will be weekend blowouts and birthday cake binges. But, there will also be laughs, and undoubtedly, you’ll be throwing a few swear words my way. Whatever your goal is, fat loss, building muscle, improving mobility, we will do it together and have a whole lot of fun along the way!

Fantastic experience: I initially asked Albert to help me with some fitness programmes as I was starting to feel out of shape due to the national lockdowns. Albert offered me a range of diet plans that weren't dull and boring like the rest, I especially enjoyed his recipe packs! I can't praise Albert enough, in just 3 weeks I've lost 6 pounds and I can feel my body thanking me for it! 100% would recommend Fitness with Albert!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality Fantastic training! Albert creates great home sessions based on the equipment you can have at home (just bands and dumbbells for me), and sessions that are really varied each time, push you and deliver noticeable results.
