Fantastic experience: Joe and Sue are great teachers, the experienced club members are always willing to share their golden nuggets of info too and its a very welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend if you are on the fence of coming down to see what is about, just do it as you will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic club, has something for everyone! Classes for young children, youths, adults, and even started a woman’s only class. The reason I fell back in love with physical exercise is because of the coaches joe and sue, they have set up a club with a great family atmosphere and are always eager to help you learn and improve.
