Fantastic experience: The area is a decent size with plenty of free weights and machines to train every muscle in your body. As well as amazing staff, they know their stuff. The people that train there can do their own thing or if you can have a PT. Practically all of the staff are doing competitions and you may rub shoulders with some World Champions too.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, Scary looking owners but in reality they're big friendly giants. Very knowledgeable and will help where and when they can. Couldn't recommend this gym enough

Fantastic experience: 349 barbell A place of hard grafters, super hero's and local odd balls, I knew when I came across this place I would be at home, this place of iron and heavy metal worship has really helped break up a very frustrating groundhog day/week crisis. I have been fortunate enough to have Ben beside me throughout this journey so far teaching me the basics of punctuality ! I mean powerlifting. It's really opened my eyes to a sport I never thought of and I am definitely in the right place . I want to say a huge thank you to all the owners and members for making me feel at home, if I could I would be there 7 days a week smashing down pre workout and sniffing all the salts .
