Members get the energy of a group workout with the attention and encouragement of a fully committed personal coach due to a maximum group size of 10 members per session.
Sessions are heart rate monitored, high intensity interval training designed to maximise time in the zone, stimulate metabolism and increase energy. Members burn an estimated 300 to 500 calories per session and keep burning additional calories for up to 48-hours. This results in increased vitality, aliveness and wellbeing, providing members with more energy and visible toning.
All this is due to our unique patented HIT Machines being a highly effective and fun method of burning fat and increasing calorie burn, both during and post exercise.

Fantastic experience: I can't rate HITZone highly enough. It's the only exercise I've ever stuck to and the results speak for themselves: I am fitter and stronger than I ever hoped to be - and all from short and sweet 25 minute workouts! I love the small group sessions, no two are ever the same and the atmosphere is fantastic. The HITZone members are friendly, inspiring and of all ages and backgrounds (no gym bunnies here!) - it's like one big (fit) family! Simply love it. As Jason says, give it a go, you won't be disappointed!
Fantastic experience: This is a great alternative to traditional gyms, particularly for those with limited time and those who are new to exercise. Groups are small, with a personal trainer over seeing activity and giving encouragement where it is needed - good fun and a great all over workout!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great workout with Christine and the team at Hit Zone in Shrewsbury. It’s not like any regular gym, the ‘machine’ you use can be used by anyone from the super fit to your average couch potato. Just try it once and make your own mind up...you won’t be disappointed.
