Fantastic experience: Gio is an excellent Sports Massage Therapist, Nutrition advisor and Personal Trainer. Graduated as top of the class in 2008 at Bath College. With no financial help from any bank, he independently setup a unique Personal Trainer’s fitness Hub in Shrewsbury. There are even 2 amazing tattoo artists right on site. This fantastic hub has provided apprenticeships to more than 10 members of staff in the last 5 years, work-experience to numerous school students of Shrewsbury and is today still the home of countless independent professional hardworking Personal Trainers. The staff is mostly young, dedicated apprentices still developing their skills. Gio is extremely passionate about each of his apprentices. He dedicates hours in helping and supporting them in their careers. As soon as you enter Giocentric Fitness Hub, you immediately feel so welcome and safe, you will find the equipment is always reset, organised and spotless clean. I have an absolute respect for this Dutch guy coming such a long way, independently working so hard and providing us with an amazing health and fitness concept. Giocentric does not need media and press attention, it is one of Shrewsbury’s hidden gems where the essence of their work speaks for itself.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and sports massage! Helpful staff, good equipment and nice music too! I had few session on sports massage treatments and they helped on my back. Gio is experienced and certified and you can speak about any issues freely. He knows his stuff. would recommend.
