Fantastic experience: I joined fitbody in the beginning of February. What can I say its very addictive, nick our instructor Is supportive. Giving advice on nutritional needs. I absolutely love this and I'm sure you would, you just need to speak to nick.

Fantastic experience: I've joined FitBody as I was low on confidence and had no idea on how to start or what to do exercise wise. I felt so supported by Nick, and so at ease in the classes! The classes are dynamic, interesting and different every time. The difficulty of the sessions can be adjusted so they have always been the right level of challenging - I'm feeling like super woman! More weights to lift! Feeling a bit under the weather - I can adjust my pace. No shame, no judgements. The space is clean and inviting too. It's easy to feel motivated with these classes and Nick is always available to provide guidance with nutrition - he has some really tasty and nutritious recipes which will help keeping those calories intakes right. A very good experience all around!

Fantastic experience: Great workouts in a clean and safe environment. Nick does an amazing job motivating the team to push through challenges. Daily posts on social media help me to keep track of challenges and nutritional goals. I really enjoy this program!

Fantastic experience: Nick is fab! Clearly loves what he does & loves getting client results. The workouts are fun, original & different every time. He keeps tabs to make sure you're still on track & is always checking to see if you need any help. The gym is clean, tidy, well presented, has parking & the sessions suit all (before & after the regular 9-5). I really would recommend

I’m in my 50’s and go to sessions alone. Lockdown support and zoom workouts have been a lifeline. Don’t hesitate, join the squad!
