Fantastic experience: We joined as a family and we enjoy the easy relaxed atmosphere. I play social tennis twice a week, where the standard of play is challenging and enjoyable. Our boys are both in training squads, enjoying themselves and making good progress. We swim some days, sauna and steam, and use the restaurant regularly where ingredients are always fresh. It's an easy place to stop off on the edge of town, next to a roundabout on the bypass. It helps get us through the year, especially the winter. I used the gym when we first joined but now just keep fit with tennis which I enjoy doing more. Each to their own.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Summer Camp for Kids Our son has spent two weeks in the Summer Camp for Kids in the School Holidays. The organisation has been absolutely spot on, as has been the attentiveness of all of the staff that we have come into contact with. The restaurant seems to be very popular and we’ve previously used the gym and spa treatments, all of which have been very enjoyable indeed. Very much looking forward to coming back again soon.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. Great facilities, lots and lots of classes which always have availability, the food in the restaurant is good and great service. The staff on reception are super friendly and recognise you, which isn't always the case at other gyms. It is pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: We attended here for a Spa experience. The Imagine Spa for my birthday. Great customer service, clean, friendly welcome. Many services available. We attended a couple of hrs before so we could use the swimming pool jacuzzi, sauna and steam room before our treatment. Highly recommended it. Thank you for making my birthday special.

Fantastic experience: Came here for a spa day, good sized swimming pool, sauna and steam room, good sized jacuzzi aswell. We had the mud treatment which was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Also had lunch in the cafe which was well priced and tasty.

Fantastic experience: I visited the elemis spa for a treatment. Very good. I only had half an hour as they were quite booked up but I will book again.

Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly. Facilities are top of the line, well maintained and clean. The pool is a little on the cold side despite claiming it's heated if I had to make a complaint.

Fantastic experience: Worth every single penny of the membership. This place is so much more than just a place to work out. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional, the members sociable and welcoming and facilities quite simply the best in town!

Fantastic experience: Gym has been rewarded worked and re-equipped to a high standard. Covid safety is high. Staff helpful and friendly. Pool is good. Tennis courts are good. My son who is now 16 can use the gym without me needing to be there and at any time. What's not to like!!!

Fantastic experience: The Shrewsbury Club is the best health and fitness club that I have ever been a member of. I spend a lot of my time there it’s like my second home and I have missed it so much during lockdown. Although the instructors have provided fantastic online classes, it is just not the same working out at home. When we came out of previous lockdowns I felt so safe returning to the club, the management and staff went above and beyond in keeping the premises clean and safe. I have been back to the outdoor facility to do classes and again am impressed with the covid guidance in place. Although the instructors have had a break from teaching they are excellent as always. I prefer classes than the gym however I can’t wait to get into the gym from 12th April to use the new equipment and see the completion of the building work that has taken place. We have been kept informed throughout. Sooo excited!!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful Health Club. Great Gym and Pool. Really friendly and polite staff. Wish I could spend more time there and enjoy more of the lovely food and drinks available upstairs.

Fantastic experience: Doing my level 1 and 2 coaching courses here for tennis. Staff go above and beyond, always helpful and happy. Great facilities specially the tennis courts. Indoor Outdoor inc clay Clean club and plenty of room in all gyms and classes when I've walked round.

Fantastic experience: A tad expensive, but worth every penny. Really friendly staff and you'd be hard pressed to find a machine they don't have.

Fantastic experience: I signed up as a member right after they reopened from lockdown. Signing up was easy and communication with the club was excellent. I can tell they have been especially thoughtful about member returning, and have thought of everything. Family swim is the only thing you have to pre-book (other than classes, but that is usual). Some classes are hosted on the indoor tennis courts to better enable social distancing, and you are given anti-bac spray to wipe down equipment before and after use. all the gym equipment has been spaced out, and the whole gym has a one way system. The club is very friendly and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: Been going for a few weeks now, I find all the staff helpful and friendly. They have given me some good advise for starting out at the gym. The few classes I have tried are brilliant and I look forward to trying more of them. Wish I had joined sooner, cant rate this high enough!!

Fantastic experience: The staff that dealt with us were lovely. Had a lovely mud treatment in imagine spa. Relaxation room was relaxing. Beautiful aromas, soothing meditation music. The spa was clean and fresh. Amazing facilities including pool, sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pool. Loved it

Fantastic experience: I love the Shrewsbury club. The gym is always clean and I gave never had to wait long for equipment even at its busiest times. The pool is great and family times are on everyday as well as specific times for adults only, it's worth noting that there isn't always a life guard on duty in the pool area and I have been swimming when I'm the only person there. The fitness classes are great and it's worth trying out different classes, everyone has always been exceptionally helpful and welcoming, willing to answer questions. My children don't really use the kids clubs as there isn't really anything that interests them, but then that just might be my children.

Fantastic experience: Always clean and tidy. Staff are extremely friendly and other members of the club help to build a very welcoming community within the gym. Plenty of classes to choose from and always space to do your own thing

Fantastic experience: Had a very relaxing spa day here and the staff were very polite and helpful. The mud chamber was excellent and the large jacuzzi was good. Lunch in the hub was also delicious. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: THE Best gym I have been to so far! This gym is a little over the price I would usually pay for a gym but I'm so glad that I found it! All of the facilities from the gym equipment, clasess, swimming area to the restaurant and staff is 100% on form! Never any maintenance problems, staff are very friendly and the restaurants food is delicious not to mention the children's facilities, new park and tennis courts. I have been to gyms all over the world and most of the Shropshire and staffordshire area within the uk and this is the best I've been too! The owners and staff should be very proud!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic club, great facilities and friendly staff. The tennis section of the club offers excellent value for money with 10 hours of free social indoor tennis, organised by a coach with balls provided on a weekly basis! I have always found the coaches extremely professional & knowledgable.
