Our aim is to ensure people affected with long term neurological conditions can get active and mobile in a comfortable and supported environment relative to their own personal levels of ability and associated needs.

You will have help and support every step of the way from our professional HealthWorkz exercise coaches and by being part of the larger activity & fitness Facility, the studio setting allows people to feel part of a wider community! You maybe make some new friends along the way, Opening up different perspective and personal outlooks around living with long term conditions. 

Healthworkz promotes social interaction, well-being  as well as activity.  So having a café onsite and large reception area helps people feel comfortable in a fitness environment and a place to catch up with your friends after a session.
