Fantastic experience: This really is a fantastic Gym, the staff have been so helpful to me and take a real interest in my goals and helping me get there quickly. In the last few weeks they have bought in some new items as well which shows they are willing to invest in the place which is great to see, especially in a Gym which is so cheap! Compared to both budget Gyms in the area, as well as more expensive ones, I feel this Gym wins hands down, both in equipment and customer service. A happy customer!

Not only is the price the best in the area, but there is a large range of new equipment, which supports my workouts fully. I've tried several gyms in the area since I've moved to Highbury but this is definitely the best, I will be a member of this gym for a long time to come. Joe

Fantastic experience: The best thing about this gym in Highbury is that it's so cheap! It's only just opened the but the staff are knowledgeable, really helpful and engaging. The equipment is all brand new and there's plenty of it including lots of cardio and resistance machines. It's the quietest gym I've been in but it's still early days. The best bit is the price, it's the cheapest gym in Highbury and Islington that I found, without a contract, that also offers a great range of classes throughout the week with a good mix throughout each day including spinning, Zumba and pilates The changing rooms are clean and spacious. I'm looking forward to being a long term member!

Fantastic experience: I had few months personal training with Jade who is really supportive and passionate. Basically I had no idea about gym and all I knew was just running machine. However, since I met her, I had learned how to manage myself physically and mentally as well as how to use most of the equipments in the gym. It was best experience and absolutely worthy training you should try

Fantastic experience: i absolutely love it here! I'm currently training with a PT Mehdi bensissi made me feel comfortable in working out and teaching me how to use machines and with advice for my journey with excising. and I will also joining his classes now !! i love his enthusiasm and how motivational he is i can’t thank Mehdi enough on how much he has helped me grow physically and mentally. I would definitely recommend Mehdi bensissi PT Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely recommend for HighburyIslington locals

Fantastic experience: I was a member at Energie Fitness for 7ish years. I would still be a member if covid hadn't hit. The gym is great - good facilities for a reasonable price. In the last year they have tried to improve the general appeal of the gym, including free classes in the membership. There is a good community feel at the gym amongst regulars. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Energie is my absolute favourite place. It feels like a 2nd home - which is majorly important when you spend a lot of time there. The staff is GREAT - they listen to you and genuinely never had a better experience with customer service or feeling comfortable doing my training than in this gym. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Massive hugs. Ps: only thing they need is a prosecco tap for Friday bubbles’n’barbells

Fantastic experience: Very friendly team and exceptionally good value. I was a member of PureGym before but in my opinion Energie is miles better and great pricing. I had done PT sessions with Jade who was great at keeping me motivated even in the early morning - with my PT sessions I have put on over 6kg of muscle mass too!

Fantastic experience: Has everything you need: weights, benches, a decent range of machines and the occasional class. All at a very reasonable £22pm. Also rarely gets crowded. Recommended.

Plenty of equipment and machines to go around, even during the peak periods. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely recommend for Islington locals.

Fantastic experience: Standard of service has always been decent but has extensively been improved since it's changed management. Torban, the new manager has a very hands-on approach in making members feel welcome and included in the it's customer satisfaction and gym functionality. He's also promising many more changes to come by means of training equipment among other.

Fantastic experience: Very nice neighbourhood gym with a very efficient use of space. Ideal for daily use. The staff and people who manage the place are always around for a quick tip about the workout or any conversation. I can't exactly point out why, but the overall experience was welcoming and very homely. All the way from joining, to daily usage. They are also very quick about any feedback the members give. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym!! I made great training progress in the 4ish months using this gym. The staff are really down to earth and friendly. Mainly dealt with Louis and Kevin(?) who were both amazing and always happy to help out and give advice on my form whenever I asked. They know what they're doing and took great care making sure I got it right. Overall my favourite gym in London. Nothing flashy, all the essentials , genuine welcoming and friendly people, no egos. 100% recommend to give it a try.

Fantastic experience: There’s very much to like at this gym. Apart from the very reasonable monthly fee, it’s a very pleasant, modern space, light and airy, with a good range of modern equipment. The staff are young, positive and very keen to help you. All in all, a great training environment!
