Fantastic experience: The gym is very clean, spacious and all the equipments are new. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking spaces which is a plus and its open 24 hours a day! I have to mention my personal trainer, Sagar Shah, who is helping me to achieve my goal. A very professional, friendly and a great PT. Thank you Sagar for encouraging me everytime and pushing me to do my best. To all the staff of the gym, thank you for making our gym visits with happiness and contentment.

Fantastic experience: Super clean gym with facilities all in great condition. It's massive too, which is great if you're nervous about going to the gym - it sounds odd but it's much easier to feel like you don't stand out in a big gym than a little one. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Autumn's classes, she's really encouraging and very thorough. Very glad this location opened! :)

Fantastic experience: The gym is very easy and comfortable to use. I like how they try to do their best to abide by the COVID-19 guidelines to keep the gym safe. My personal trainer, Sagar Shah is a very good trainer with very well planned out workouts to help me reach my goals. He also leads some classes at the gym and makes sure to show the different exercise routines clearly and has alternative easier versions to adapt to individual capabilities.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Quality The gym has opened today. It is very fresh and new. Lovely changing rooms and showers. Nice parking. Happy staff. Equipment is nice and new. Come on 2022... let's stay fit and clear this covid... for the steps ahead.

Fantastic experience: Low cost gym of TEN, 100% adapted to my needs. They've opened a great gym without unnecessary luxuries, giving everyone the opportunity to afford it. I've been doing sport for many years and I can give my opinion with judgement. The gym is very big and never crowded, it's always clean and the staff is very nice. I have nothing negative to say, I mean it! THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Leon is a highly professional individual. He is fair, treats everyone equally and respects everyone from all from different walks of life . He takes special pride in helping people with mental health issues….I have witnessed this by observation over a period of time . Excellent interpersonal skills it’s a joy to be in the same gym as Leon .

Fantastic experience: This is by far my favourite gym now and I have trained in many across London. It is very spacious (two floors) with new equipment, great positive energy from members and staff, everyone is very helpful and supportive. I really appreciate the highly knowledgable and helpful PT's in Particular Kasia and Leon. whether its a 1-1, group session or doing my own workout - ask for help and they will not leave a stone unturned to help you master the craft!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at staples since it opened in December and the level of cleanliness and tidiness has been same since day one. Staff and management are really friendly, always hands on to keep the gym in its best shape. It has all you need to have a good workout. Good clean equipment, space and well kept changing rooms. I can't find anything negative to include in my review. Thank you Mark and John for your excellent management!

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently moved to The Group Gym at Staples Corner and met one of the PTs - Leon - and had an amazing 1:1 session with him. He kept on pushing me and giving me great tips on how to improve my posture etc. Also, I decided to try out some of the classes available at the gym and coincidentally Leon was the instructor. Again, great session, very interactive and motivating. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean gym, a lot of equipment to use. Theres loads of places to park unlike other branches of TheGym. Leon is the one to go to if you need a personal trainer, never had someone motivate me like that. Definitely happy with how clean they keep the gym.

It's always clean, there's so much equipment, and the staff are really helpful. And to top it off, I had a PT session with Sagar Shah who I can't recommend enough. I've been given a clear program and instructions and really feel motivated to go to the gym again. Fantastic experience: The gym is so amazing and it's right next to my workplace. The staff are amazing. I've met Sagar in the gym and he is a friendly person. I can see that he is always on the floor trying to do stuff such as clean the gym by putting weights away and ensuring the gym floor is tidy.

Fantastic experience: Can't fault this spanking new gym, good variety of equipment, plenty of lockers, good ventilation so you don't feel claustrophobic Best times to go are late evenings with about 20-40 people, I went once at 6pm and it was crammed with 100+, wouldn't recommend if you value your sense of smell

Fantastic experience: I'm very glad I left virgin and joined this gym, the gym staff are really good, they provide excellent customer service, they are professional and well trained, I'm very happy with the way Mark Sabonjian handles situations, he is very professional and provides excellent customer service, also John Sullivan who has also provided the very best customer service and has been very professional. The gym wouldn't be at its best if it weren't for these two managers, this gym is great because of the staff. I would recommend this gym to everyone who is serious about training and want to attend a gym were they can training in comfort and peace and feel safe. This gym has shown that customer safety is there priority. The equipment in this gym is high end, quality and layout is great.

Fantastic experience: Great size with all the equipment needed for a sufficient workout. Feels and has a better atmosphere than other gym group sites. Parking is the big plus here as all others have virtually none.

Fantastic experience: Done an amazing job with this gym and I have never been happier. I was a member at Virgin for years and years and now that David Lloyd is opening I am being called up to seven times a day to join, but I will not be leaving the gym. The staff have excellent customer service skills, are friendly and make you feel very welcome. The gym is exceptionally clean and there are lots of equipment available. The classes are extremely fun, keeps you pumped and the personal trainers make sure that you are doing the workout properly. Big thanks to all personal trainers who do an amazing job with the classes but especially to Vikram (as he does most of the morning classes) and has never lost patience with me in the classes.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality The best gym, the gym group have out of all their centres, plenty of open space, 2 huge floors with a variety of equipment and weights. Easily maintain social distance as it is not overcrowded. Management have put procedures in place for keeping the equipment clean and disinfected at all times.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying using this gym. Good facilities and super convenient parking. It's very clean and spacious. I had a PT session with Aleks which was amazing. I would really recommend her as she listened and focused on what my goals were. I like this gyms atmosphere and would recommend it to newbies and experienced gym goers.

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical at first when I heard ‘The Gym Group’ was opening locally, whether a facility that offers great value would have the range of equipment for my training needs. As they say never read the book by the cover. I admit I was blown away… the range of equipment, number of squat racks, machines and the spacious functional area, even during the busy times one can easily swing more than one cat . Small attention to detail such as the dumbbells racked with the weight numbers facing the right direction (of course by staff) and in chronological order. Having noticed that I too follow such a standard. From my experience to date staff are friendly, make eye contact and acknowledge its members. Professional touch from my perspective. I’ve only experienced this in gyms 5 x the price minus the weights being racked back … unsure why this seems to be a problem else where. It can be a health and safety hazard. One piece of equipment I’d like to see is the trap bar, also called the Hex bar. It’ll add some variation to my deadlifts. Otherwise this place is faultless… great app too. Let’s hope the standards are maintained for the foreseeable future. ‘The Gym Group’ you’ve set a very high standard.
