My Time Fitness Studio

Fantastic experience: Love it! I'm not a gym person and my work schedule is all over the place. To go to the gym was great idea, but how can I manage my time and the gym classes schedule? How can I find someone to guide me? How can I make it work on long time? All this questions were on my mind when I met Jade, the heart and soul of this place. She immediately answer to my questions and invite me to the first free class. Awesome, that was my reaction!!! apart of pain everywhere afterwards, but I did come back for more. The team is great, small friendly classes feels like 1:1 training. Even I don't have possibility to be there at class exercise Jade is always offer an extra session, to keep me going. Thank you so much everyone!
