Follow-up your workout with a swim in the good size 6 lane pool, relax in the huge spa pool, and a choice of saunas and a steam room for finishing off. Genuinely a gym you want to spend time in rather than not go or leave as quick as possible.

Fantastic experience: Visited Sunday 10th April 2022 Looking a bit tired & not so clean in places. Parts of hydro pool water streams not functioning for 2 weeks now? I could tell it had been a busy weekend given the state of the male changing rooms on arrival around 3.30pm with various waste and empty bottles and looking very untidy. Apart from the above all staff still very helpfull if approached and an overall very pleasant experience as ever with spin dryer, steam room, sauna and showers etc. all working and at good temperatures Visited Saturday June 2021. 1st impressions very high and good. Possibly the best and largest flagship gym for Total fitness? Car parking no issue on there own car park. All staff helpfull and polite-Thank you. Steam room and Sauna a good size but like the Spa pool maybe not fully upto temp 1st thing in morning on my visit. Seperate good sized childrens? teaching pool on far side not so noticable. All very spacious and tastfully equipped in all areas and regular cleaning staff present during the day and nothing found to be not working. Vegan and regular full breakfast on depart in the smart restraunt very high quality but not over plentifull with a coffee which is possibly the nicest coffee I've had for a long time. Other beauty salon/barber and physiotherapy and possibly other services on site also and small lounge buisness area? on ground floor next to restraunt with mutiple sockets for occasional laptop/phone work. Multiple poolside additional features like plunge pool not yet fully operational no doubt due to understandable current H+S/covid restrictions etc. Gym equipment over 1st and 2nd floors comprehensive and overlooking various pool areas circled by an indoor running track.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym and great for families. The trainers are great, really informative and helpful. All the staff ensure each visit is brilliant. The sales team were so helpful and answered all the questions we had upon joining. Shame there isn't a bonus for introducing new members which we were promised by our sales rep but this doesn't stop the gym being a great place. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms around. Huge gym with plenty of choice of equipment. The gym is spread over 3 floors with loads of floor space to your own routines and plenty of weights and machines. The classes are good but get booked up quick. The changing rooms are nice and spacious and overall I found the gym very clean.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and clean gym. The gym itself is well stocked with a variety of cardio and weight equipment, including a 200m running track. The pools are a good size and a nice temperature for lane swimming. The hydro pool, sauna and steam rooms are always clean and never too busy. Staff are friendly. Overall can't fault them.

Fantastic experience: This gym has Jena se qua It oozes charm .. Whilst having sweet knowledgeable staff .. 3 fabulous pool's .. and all the high spec equipment you could desire .. For a truly wonderful work out .. Incredibly high vaulted ceilings together with the incredible amount of natural light .. Gives it a very airy feel .. Even at peak times ..

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve used. Plenty of machines and good atmosphere. Large swimming pool although not very deep. Only points to improve are sometimes the machines are broken and they seem to take forever to be fixed. Having said that they recently refurbished the gym and added loads of new equipment so at least they are investing in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities, I moved from Cheshire Health Club in Mobberley due to recent closure. I was worry it will be too busy or full of children, I was wrong, the place is so big it never fill full and everyone are very professional and work hard. Wish I had joint earlier.

Fantastic experience: Enjoy spending time here. Very helpful friendly staff. Plenty equipment so no queues. The swimming pools are something else ...clean...Life guards in attendance at all times . Aqua classes are fun

Fantastic experience: If your reading this review and your thinking of joining here, it’s worth every penny, not just because of the amazing equipment they have, because of the amazing staff they have, friendly and very helpful, front of house Mary and her team are always very welcoming on arrive and when leaving the gym. Yes it’s a huge gym with lots of classes going on aswell as the members in the gym areas, who are helpful if your new to machines etc. I joined from a recommendation and now I hope if your thinking of joining this will be a recommendation from this review. Fantastic experience: Great facilities including an indoor running track, cardio and weights equipment and swimming pools. The price is higher than budget gyms such as PureGym but you do get what you pay for here.

Fantastic experience: This isn't a budget gym option, but in my opinion you get what you pay for. High quality equipment and facilities, with a wide range of classes running through the week. There's a strong sense of community, and a lovely environment there. Staff are friendly and helpful, changing rooms are clean, the pool is a good temperature, there are steam rooms and saunas - whatever you want from a gym, you can find it here. There is a women's-only gym, entered through the women's changing room, if you don't feel comfortable exercising around men. I've always felt that this gym is an incredibly female- and family-friendly space though.

Fantastic experience: This is the only gym I think is with signing up with. 25m swimming pool, 200m running track (loop), classes, free weights, great equipment, sauna, steam room, oh and squash and tennis courts.

Fantastic experience: Trek Bike Shop!!! Not a review of the gym but the bike shop next door. Awesome shop for quality bike. Electric, mountain bike or road bikes. Really helpful friendly staff who know their stuff.

Fantastic experience: On a sunny day this looks like eternal vacations. Large bay windows all around let you enjoy nature around the complex. Inside you can use a range of sophisticated exercise machines or take a class zumba yoga HIIT etc ... Check the site for more. Then you can relax in one of the 3 Sauna and steam room. I have been a member for 5 years but you can also use payasugym for an occasional visit.

Fantastic experience: Very good gym been a member coming to two years.All am concerned about is mens behaviour in the changing rooms,you see grown up men walking naked from one end to the other yet they cant respect kids around and also themselves,can the management please do something about this.

Fantastic experience: Took advantage of an open day to train with my coach. First impressions was my amazement at how big it is! The facilities are outstanding, a one stop shop for all your fitness needs! I was particularly impressed with the locker rooms. They're really big, comfortable and the lockers are of a really good size.
