Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic! The pool is larger than Warrender Baths, and kept incredibly hot. Hotter, and bigger than Virgin gym's pool. Although it *may* be busier. The gym has been upgraded, so now there's a barbell, as well as dumbells, everything required for strength building. There's also the running machines, steppers?, and rowers, to build up a sweat. Oh and the showers, Oh Lord thankyou for the showers. There's a sauna and cakes are on the corner for Bridget Jones.

Fantastic experience: Lovely pool, great atmosphere, decor... Friendly staff. Lovely sauna.. And the gym is small but everything you need for a work out ... and again a friendly inclusive atmosphere in the gym

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely time with my family at the pool, found everything very welcoming and I would recommend to anyone wanting a swim in Edinburgh. Claire was great and showed me and my little brother round since it was our first time - 10/10 service

Fantastic experience: Went there to try and get fit so swam super hard for like half an hour then tried to catch my breath by walking around the pool. The leisure attendant asked if I was awright which was sweet but let me know I wasn't as fit as I used to be. Then I couldn't get back into my locker and she helped me get it sorted. Helped me from feeling like an eejit even though I was being a complete eejit.

Fantastic experience: Awesome swimming pool and sauna + excellent staff, but I would say that Nicola is the best. She has a great sense of humour, great smile and is always friendly to people. Who wouldn't love to go back every day

Fantastic experience: Excelent place to exercise while having fun with your family friends or alone and for sure you will make friends there! Highly recommended. Keep in mind that on Fridays you don't pay registration fee if you go with a membership holder

Fantastic experience: I went at 0700 for a swim. It was nice and quiet and the people also swimming were so friendly, it was a really nice experience. The staff were very helpful. You know when sometimes you are going to do a new thing and you know there are going to be regulars here so you’re a bit nervous? Well I was a bit nervous, however I was made to feel so at ease. Almost feel like a regular already! A sauna and a nice cold shower too.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely perfect "Eloine" I know that's wrong spelling Was unbelievably welcoming and a pure credit to the place from the beginning......... I found everything very clean and just the pefect place to go for a swim.......The interior is Victorian and just beautiful......

Fantastic experience: Small refurbished Victorian swimming pool close to central Edinburgh. Good size for swim, sauna and gym. Lessons for adults and children/babies. Very well presented and maintained. Staff are very kind and helpful. In pleasant surroundings and an enjoyable swim followed with a lovely shower after.

Fantastic experience: Victorian municipal swimming pool, renovated in 2018. Includes classic architectural features, with modern facilities, including a fitness suite. Very helpful and professional staff. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely delightful! The stuff was very friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the lifeguards. Fully functional and clean amenities. All temperatures everywhere were very appropriate for kids too. Very accessible and useful. I loved the generous amount of time allocated for family swimming on the Saturday we went. I am very pleased with the Dalry swimming centre and will recommend it to anyone interested hands down!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Newly refurbished. An excellent job. Lovely old pool with lots of glass in the roof to let the light in. Changing facilities clean and surprisingly roomy. Staff are very friendly and seem proud of the facilities themselves. Sauna a great place to strike up a conversation. I used to be a David Lloyd member but this is a much better price and much more inclusive.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I go in the morning and it's really quiet! You've got access to changing rooms on both floors and private showers on the balcony. Lockers are electronic and you can lock them with a 4-digit pin. There also are family changing rooms as well as accessible changing facilities on the first floor. Staff is friendly and welcoming, I definitly recommend! :)

Fantastic experience: Recently refurbished, a basic swimming pool with sauna to the side, also has a gym. Very reasonable for a swim and a sauna.

Fantastic experience: Excellent refurbishment From new showers, changing cubicles, flooring and much more. Lucky to have this beautiful old building with lovely interior so near to where I live. The staff are very friendly and supportive and the membership so reasonable. New gym programme from Scott who knows his stuff!

Fantastic experience: After I signed up, I realised the gym wouldn't quite serve my needs as a main place to work out. Tony was great and organised a full refund which I received in only a few days. Will definitely occasionally visit to use the pool which was lovely!

Fantastic experience: Starting coming age 60 to get a bit fitter. Now I love to swim, twice a week. Feel really strong as a result. Lovely and warm during the cold winter months. Staff are lovely always friendly and rates are good.

Fantastic experience: Very nice. I just joined and everything is as it seems. I wish they had yoga classes like some of their other venues but there doesn't seem to be space for that.

Fantastic experience: The fact it's only 4 doors away from where I live is a big bonus. It has family fun times which are great with beach balls inflatable boats and giant rubber rings, my grandson loves it

Fantastic experience: I loved the architecture, size and feel of this pool. A bit like warrender but larger, though perhaps a tad less personal. A real gen hidden amongst the streets of Dalry.

Fantastic experience: Clean, warm and bright. Cheery, helpful staff and fellow swimmers, it's always good to get a bit of banter! Public transport is excellent which makes up for the usual chronic parking problems in this area. A few minutes' walk from Haymarket for tram, train or bus

Fantastic experience: Nice Victorian pool, good shower rooms, easy to find public lane swimming hours when it isn't packed.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful Victorian pool sympathetically restored. It is very clean, staff insist on outdoor shoes being covered, soap is provided in the showers and theres enough staff to keep it clean. Puts Manchester 's pools to shame. .

Fantastic experience: A genuinely beautiful ol Victorian swimming baths. Very well maintained and clean. Perfect for someone intereted in putting together a number of laps. Evenings are mainly given over to swim groups after 8pm, so best advised to get in before then. Also has a great new wood sauna on the upstairs balcony.
