F45 Training Haymarket UK

Positive experience: First time today for myself & my partner. The class was named “Afterglow” which was cardio based, and it was great. Good mixture of exercises. Dylan was teaching and he was brilliant and very helpful. There are screens as well for you to look at incase you get a little a lot which show you what exercise you should be doing. Was very well set out. Can’t wait to go back again. If you need a little confidence to keep going, you’ll get it here. As he said “it’s only as hard as you make it. So take it at your own pace.” Which helps lot. There’s also other classes to check out too, all different. I can’t wait. So yeah, believe in yourself & you can do it!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for more than just a gym routine, this is the place! Since joining in July 2021 not only have I improved my fitness, but I have become a part of a wonderful community. A community that doesn’t just work out together as a team but also comes together to socialise! On a weekend you can be attending an 11am class and then going for drinks and bowling with the group in the evening - be prepared to have a full calendar of fun and fitness! The instructors are also amazing! Who continually provide support even out with the gym times and classes. It truly is more than a gym! ☺️

Fantastic experience: Whether you new to exercise or a lifelong fitness guru I would highly recommend F45 Haymarket. It’s the friendliest gym I’ve ever been to. Fantastic experience: Great gym! Have done F45 in London previously and this is a great franchise. Trainers are excellent; professional, encouraging, supportive and a great laugh. Facilities are good with all the equipment you'd need. Good area. Showers have great pressure! Overall excellent set-up. Would highly recommend.
