Fantastic experience: We went here for a pre-booked climbing party for a group of 16 nine-year-olds, all of whom had an amazing time, even the one who started out with a broken arm in plaster!! There were two instructors who each managed a group of eight very capably and had them taking it in turns to do the climbing the wall, high walk, etc., and then they swapped groups to try whatever they'd missed first. The one instructor (can't remember his name - looked a bit like Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, sorry) was absolutely brilliant with the children. The other was a bit indifferent, but our party were all together having fun, so it probably bothered the adults more. Fab, would thoroughly recommend it for a children's birthday party. Just remember to get the parents to sign consent forms, in advance if possible, so that everyone gets a turn on everything and you're not wasting valuable climbing time waiting for paperwork.

Fantastic experience: Was a regular place for me to go workout. Centre I moved quite a lot since the swimming pool opened and the health suite, saying that the health suite facilities aren’t always working, especially the hot tub/jacuzzi and water isn’t very warm. Overall the gym, classes and crèche etc are good. Would recommend a few more ladies only gym sessions. Staff are usually very friendly and helpful. Promotional offers would help as there’s so many other competitors around now. Glad everything is back open since the pandemic.

Fantastic experience: This is an ideal place to take your family swimming. My kids had a great time swimming. Front desk staff should be more engaged with customers to add this additional value to this facility. But the location is very spacious for social distance, and it is safe because it allowed only a minimum number of people in the pool. The price is very affordable for the family. Though, I would request management to increase the interval to one hour rather than 45 minutes. Great place and surely I will revisit it.

Fantastic experience: Gym is decent! Plenty of fitness equipment not as much variation with the weights and machine's but has everything you need to complete any workout. Also has swimming pool and sauna.

Fantastic experience: I personally love the staff and facilities. I've been a regular these past couple of months and I have got to know many of the staff. They are all friendly and have a genuine care about their customers. The falicities are great too plus you get fab member benefits like free gym instruction, workout plans and reviews and a free light breakfast

Fantastic experience: Great for sports activities but negative bit is receptionist dont answer the phone can be very frustrated sometimes. It's a one major complaints about AT7. other then that it's a great place we ply badminton 3/4 times aweek.

Fantastic experience: We go for splash pool with children. Great kids pool with water jets, fountains and slides. Swimming lessons seem popular. Good, clean family changing facilities. Only £1.70 for the parent and toddler sessions! Lovely soft play centre. Great for kids birthdays.
