Fantastic experience: Great gym environment never too busy, 4 gorgeous puppies to cuddle and all the equipment you could possibly need! Personal training and 1 to 1 boxing and kickboxing coaching also available in the ring!

Fantastic experience: I drive 25 mins to get here and there are gyms nearer to me, but this gym has everything I want and need! What I love most is that I actually feel like Sam understands my goals, and is executing them in the fastest way possible knowing when to push and when to stop. Each 1-2-1 session so far has been a revelation and I literally got pushed to my limit at every occasion and the gains I'm making each time show it! **Edit: 6 months later and I am still looking forward to my sessions! Never has anyone managed to keep my attention for this long and it's really starting to pay off! Gotten so much stronger and learned a bunch of new information too!** *** Edit N°2: 12 months later, still at it and making some serious progress now!!*** Great gym, great PT ????????
