Fantastic experience: Booked the Wentwood Room for My Father's 90th Suprise Birthday Party. I have given a 5 Star rating but I can honestly say that the whole experience was worth a minimum 10 Star from the Sales Team to All the Staff on shift 1st October helping me to prepare room and to Bar Staff made my Father's party the best it could have been. I will certainly be giving the highest recommendation to family and friends when they require any event. Hopefully I will get a Suprise 70th when the time arrives. EXCELLENT

Fantastic experience: If we could rate this place higher than 5, we would. Me and my partner stayed here and received absolutely perfect service and manners from all members of staff. A few to mention in particular, Ellis, Andrew, and also Ben and Maddie. The managers are leading an excellent team of staff that shine for the venue and we’ll definitely be retuning soon just because of how they made us feel. We had car troubles on the way and Ellis was very helpful with booking our room for an extra night last minute so we had enough time to arrange transport home. The hotel grounds are gorgeous and lovely to walk around in the evening or sit on the many seating areas with a drink from the bar. Spa and gym facilities clean and more than fit for purpose. Can’t wait for our next visit, exemplary standards for how to run a hotel.

Fantastic experience: It was good because of the place its a lovely hotel however the food was awful ! It was a wedding reception I am sure you know how much this can be ! The meat had no taste the vegetables wearnt just alienate they were raw !!! The chips were the worst I've ever had,The meals took far too long to be served,if this had been my daughters wedding tI would not be happy at all I don't want anything from you but I really think you need to up your game !! Fantastic experience: Superb Hotel and loved our stay. The Parkway was warm and inviting and had a lovely decor and ambience from the rooms, lounges,bars, spa and garden. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was very comfortable and we slept well. In easy reach of Cardiff and will definitely stay here again. Definitely a 5 star!!!

Fantastic experience: My friend kindly gave me a gift voucher for afternoon tea for 2 for my mother and myself to use. We met another 2 ladies there too, who made a delightful afternoon even better The room is light and airy. The cakes and sandwiches were so nice. As always we can never finish it all, so you can ask for a box to bring the rest home. They also give you as much tea and coffee as you like. Service was great. Would highly recommended a visit

Fantastic experience: Met friends and colleagues for a retirement lunch today. Had a scrumptious chicken salad with the best homemade coleslaw I have ever tasted! Finished off with a delicious lemon meringue tart - with Parkway compliments. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend it

Fantastic experience: We took a gamble... wanted a hotel with spa whilst looking for properties in South Wales and Brecon... absolutely no gamble.. everyone was so friendly, room was clean, bed comfortable, fab breakfast included...we had a Welsh Cream Tea.. lovely and larger than expected...we also booked dinner, turned out to be a 3 course with carvery, everything cooked perfectly+ coffee at the end... great value and suited us perfectly. We had use of the pool, jacuzzi and my wife of course had an additional treatment..all good. We will definitely be going again...why gamble elsewhere??

Fantastic experience: Was lucky to attend a Wedding on the 08 April 2022 at this hotel. Wow what a weekend. Fuss free wedding, everything rolled so easy. Breakfasts every morning where super, the girls looking after us did a perfect job. In fact from our booking in to our departure the staff where all top quality. We didn’t have our roomed cleaned for the 3 days but the girls who turned the rooms around to perfection where on hand and happy to the supply the small things you run out of. Top class staff all round. Top hotel. Thank you girls n guys from The Parkway Hotel.

Fantastic experience: This hotel is fabulous, set in beautiful well maintained grounds. All the staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast has plenty of choice to suit all tastes. We stayed in a Garden room, which is dog friendly. It was very spacious, huge bed and French doors which open onto a patio. All in all we had a wonderful time and will be going back in the spring.

Fantastic experience: Lovely, relaxed setting - open fire in the winter, sun terrace in the summer. The staff are amazing- helpful, welcoming and nothing too much trouble. Food could be improved and would benefit from a few vegan options.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Parkway Hotel & Spa for our wedding anniversary and was unexpectedly upgraded to the Brecon Suite, to say this was a pleasant surprise was an understatement. The room was amazing, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and chill out area fantastic and the staff were extremely friendly and courteous.
