Fantastic experience: One of, if not the best gym I have been too. The owner is friendly and likes to check up on you. They also, help with providing a personal trainer for an additional cost. All the staff are friendly and can see they enjoy working here.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, super friendly staff, first time I’ve used it and will definitely be using it again. Clean equipment, tidy place with no weights laying around. A friendly vibe all around and a variety of equipment. A special ‘Thank you’ to Maz who was extremely helpful today, greeted with warm smiles and made to feel welcome. Another ‘Thank you’ to Karen, who was happy to help. The combination of brilliant staff and the gym,I cannot fault the place. Well done to all.

Fantastic experience: Not crowded, I always have access to equipment i need. Easy access with app booking. After re-open staff is sane about restrictions. Good place to forget about pan(dem)ic. I like there are classes, because lifting iron is boring as watching paint dry. People (other customers) are very friendly, I have some casual conversation from time to time.

Positive experience: It's OK the staff is friendly and professional, the gym is well equipped the only bad thing is that group cycling class are very limited 2 classes in the morning and 3 in the late afternoon. This should be improved and do at least one every morning, one for lunch time, one for evening. Les mills classes are limited as well we just have body attack.

Fantastic experience: I've been going recently and I have to say, I really enjoy it there.

Positive experience: This gym is not even close to the facilities, equipments and the vibe offered by The Gym in town centre (queens square). The plus point of energie fitness is that it offers a range of classes. The cardio section is now moved to the first floor where the studio and the spinning class is. The ground floor is dedicated to weights. Weights are usually very crowded and the equipment in my opinion could be so much better and more varied.

Fantastic experience: The gym is well run and friendly it has a great weight section and plenty of cardio machines. The other thing about this gym is those that use it everyone is friendly it's not only a great place to train but to have a chat with those around you.

Positive experience: Its small but the staff is really nice. For me, I love going to the classes although, due to social distancing and all now its hard to get a place sometimes. The only thing that I don't like is the parking is ridiculous and have gotten tickets twice due to lack of it!

Fantastic experience: This is my home from home. Classes are great and the staff are very welcoming. Although they often forget how to count ... that was not 40 seconds :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been happy at this gym but I’m even happier since it’s reopened with COVID measures in place. The gym is actually much better than before because they’ve had to utilise the available space properly so there’s lots more room and having the individual work stations means social distancing is a breeze. There’s plenty of cleaning wipes and hand sanitiser available and I’ve seen all members using these. It’s probably never been so clean and the cleanliness was always good before lockdown. As only one person is allowed at each station this has stopped people hogging equipment with their friends or sitting for ages on their phones between sets - everybody is now actually getting on with their workouts so it’s not only easy to get on all the equipment you want (I’ve been everyday since it reopened and done legs, upper and full body workouts) it’s also easy to get a really decent workout done within the one hour time slot because you’re not wasting time waiting for a piece of equipment to become free. I like the easy to use booking system and, dare I say it, I hope the booking system and work station placement remain in place even when COVID measures are totally relaxed! I have no hesitation at all in highly recommending this gym.

Fantastic experience: Good Gym that's not absolutely heaving at peak times, I visit 5/6 times a week hardly ever have to wait for equipment. 2 floors so plenty of space to workout

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, great environment, good equipment. It is is not cutting edge, nor does it need to be. More than enough, plus sauna, steam room and swimming pool. Feels very homely

Fantastic experience: Since re-opening the team has clearly worked hard to make the gym feel safer with covid around! Each piece of equipment has been sectioned with guidelines and is cleaned before and after use with the wipes they've provided! and the app now lets you track how many people are currently in the gym along with a booking system which is very useful! well done guys :)

Fantastic experience: Great monthly price (no contract but you have to give notice. Classes available, though WOW classes are on the higher membership. Everyone seems friendly - even the weight lifters - two levels, upstairs is quieter if you fancy a more solitary workout. A decent amount of cardio machines & some great weight lifting options. Does get very busy at peak times & parking is awful at this time, which is the only down side. Personal trainers available if you want to buy a programme etc. Great gym if you know what you want to do or if youre a beginner

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Since the re open it’s been great, it’s quite a lot and you can get your workouts done without waiting , loads of measures in place which is great , I enjoy being a member as the staff always friendly and have a laugh and always there when needed to help.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. My wife thinks that I'm training while I enjoy pooping in the womens toilet. By the way, toilets are deeply cleaned, love them. Helpful staff always delivers toilet paper to me. Wet tissues are also avaible at reception. The best place to have a poop for only 19.99 per month.

Fantastic experience: This new gym in crawley is upcoming fast. Looks can be deceiving from the outside in terms of size. But this gym is well equipped and hygiene conscience. Multiple floor whi h includes a modern spinning room. A cardio area, boxing section section and even studio. Value for money !

Fantastic experience: Manager/owner is very friendly. Staff are very approachable and friendly. Not the biggest gym in the world (compared to some of the other big names) but it has more than enough for all your needs. One of few places where all the members are friendly and helpful. And they have a good punchbag upstairs (which I love). Gym is clean. Most people return their weights rather thean leaving them all over the place. Small Parking out front, but after 5/6pm you can park outside the neighbouring stores/businesses. I managed to lose 9kg in 3.5 weeks here thanks to the training advise from Shahil (shout-out to him). Great place, great prices aswel. Friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I don t usually bother reviewing anything but I am making an exception because my trainer is SO good that I must let people know about Michelle. I have had trainers before, with boring routines, with automatic comments ... Michelle never gives me 2 sessions the same, I feel that she is genuinely happy when I break a personal record, but more than all this, she is warm, friendly and listens to what I want, instead of imposing her ideas and goals on me. I hope I have done her justice by my comments, because it is difficult to summarise in a few words how much I look forward to my weekly sessions and why. Thank you Michelle.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined having trained for the last 4 years at the K2 and before that 1 year at virgin! It's half the price of K2, has enough resistant machines and free weights for what I need and rarely gets too busy! Impressed with what you get for £20 a month! Could do with an additional squat rack although in fairness I've never had to wait for it! Especially like the finger-print recognition entry! K2 you had a membership card which was swipe, but that was broken for the 4 years I was there! Find that ridiculous given they spent 300k on a monkey swinging climbing frame!
