Fantastic experience: I am not sure what kind of twits wrote the other reviews...as this gym is cheap as chips and provides great value for money. Not only has it got a vast array of equipment and great classes, the staff are all really friendly and professional. I think Solutions Gym has a real community feel to it as there is such diverse clientele of all ages and demographics that actually speak to each other! There are even classes for the over 60's. Ok - occasionally the sauna/steam room/jacuzzi experience difficulties but I would rather be a member here than pay treble my current rate for some fancy schmancy poseurs gym. I thoroughly recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined. Very friendly staff. Good facilites. Great pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Some of the weight machines are a little weathered but everything works well.

Fantastic experience: TV with running machines make a work-out more pleasurable! Great swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room areas. Staff are very friendly and the new manager has improved everything dramatically!

Fantastic experience: The reason why I much prefer Stones gym is purely because of the atmosphere and vibe whilst working out. As well as everyone that attends is genuinely friendly & helpful. The gym includes access to a sauna area for only £35 a month which is great for the price. The gym has all the equipment and free weights that one would need. As well as this you have free access to a locker during your whole workout session. The gym has a female section which is accessible for female ONLY on a Wednesday. Although, the gym is marginally small in comparison to other gyms. However, the atmosphere makes up for this. The gym also has parking should you need it

Positive experience: I go here for Swimkidz. The swimming lesson is great for my 4 month old but the venue is not the best. The toilets in particular need a refurb. That's an indication of the rest of the facility. Doesn't feel the most hygienic. It's not awful but I do feel icky letting my feet touch the floor.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I've never felt so at home in a gym, incredibly friendly staff and teachers, and a great range of classes on offer. I visit on my lunch breaks and always leave feeling better. Also it's such a perk having a pool at such a low monthly price

Fantastic experience: Ok so they do not have state-of-the-art equipments like Puregym but if you want to be around real people that are in the gym for the purpose of keeping fit and not on constantly on their phones or hanging around until so and so finishes class, or there to stance then this is a place to join. The staff are lovely....at least the ones I have engaged with so far who love what they do and are not there simply to sell products but to encourage you look after your body. I loved the fact there are different floor levels/rooms to work out in and the best ladies gym I have seen in Central Croydon. I do not like the communal changing area which I gather is the same for males...I prefer some privacy and would rather change in cubicle but this is my only dislike concerning this establishment, oh and the seats of the training bikes but other than that...I love this place.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. It has all the items you'd need to workout. There is small swimming pool, jacuzzi which is out of order from time to time, sauna and steam bath. Worth every penny you have to pay for it. It isn't as new and shiny as some other gyms but has facilities that others lack and very nice staff.

Fantastic experience: Great swimming facilities if caught at the right time of day. Easy access to a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. The price is good if you're willing to pay for three months membership. The only shorter option is a session pass which cost me more than I was happy to spend. Next time I think I'll hit the gym too!
