Fantastic experience: I've been here twice for spa days and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is great and the treatments were very relaxing. The package also included food and a drink in the gym bar which was lovely.

Fantastic experience: Small but mighty!. Quite a nice small sized spa with nearly all the facilities.. Includes a 10 meter pool, jacuzzi, steam room all in a relaxing environment. It has a small but modern gym room fitted with the latest techno gym machines and excellent knowledgeable and friendly staff. It's inside Crown plaza hotel so upstairs you get access to modern restaurant and bar with 15% discount for members of the spa. Also benefits from complimentary car park to members. I haven't tried the massages yet however members get 20% discount on all treatments which is excellent in comparison to other spas in Newcastle. In general as of yet it's an excellent spa in the toon with good facilities. Hope it stays like that.

Fantastic experience: Small but very nicely equipped and clean gym, spa and pool. It is staffed with very helpful team who always go the extra mile. Free parking, lockers that do not cost money (takes refundable £1), fresh towels, nice shower gel / shampoo, discounts at the hotel bar and for treatments are a few perks you get at this hidden gem in Crowne Plaza.
