Fantastic experience: A really great gym, especially for the price! Impressive amount and variety of equipment. Feels populated enough to give it an atmosphere but not too much that it feels crowded. Easy street access. Helpful and friendly staff. I really couldn't recommend it higher! Definitely worth your money Edit: the gym has only gotten better in the 2 years that I've been going. They update the equipment regularly, keeping it all looking clean and functional. Still highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Nice, cool, spacious and the place feels nice. Plenty of equipment and even with Covid rules plenty to use. On site vending is what you expect and place is kept clean. Not really spoken to the staff as not had a need.

Fantastic experience: Very well organised and set up for the current social distancing rules. Cleaning is carried out almost constantly, plus plenty of "self cleaning" stations. Great selection of up to date cardio and weight machines. Nice, helpfull, friendly staff

Fantastic experience: Great place to train... Glad I joined here.... Update : 4/8/21 : lockers need improving hugely as some are unusable and the shower door locks need repairing as most of them do not lock behind you when in the shower cubicle. Recommended equipment : since you have a seated shoulder press that is plate loaded how about a seated chest press plate loaded machine that lets each arm move individually from the other like the shoulder press machine? A standing calf raise machine is miles better than the current machine as it's not resistant enough. You have 2 bench press benches but neither facilitate the incline and have to use the power rack which isn't always available. Get 2 incline bench press benches in and then you're good to go. Apart from the above, yes it's great to go and train.

Fantastic experience: Been to three gyms in the area including this one and back here again due to relocation. This gym is without doubt the best in the area for the cost. Edit : parking 24/7 in the Gate parking also free secure bike storage. Entrance on Stowell Street

Fantastic experience: Got problems accessing the gym when it opened again as there are some technical issues with the PIN system, resulting in not being able to enter this gym (i have 2 gyms) so I have been advised to call their main office by one of the staff. With this said, i have done my part and was told i shouldn't have any problems accessing. However, when i returned to the gym, my pin still wasnt working and i was turned down to enter even if i have the email from the gym itself stating that they should let me in. One of the staff, Simona, helped me throughout the process of calling the manager (out of office hrs) and speaking to the main office staff. She also went out of her way to update me the next day about the issues and resolved it. So all i can say is, organisation is really poor but staff are very helpful giving it 5* only due to the diligence of the staff.

Fantastic experience: Great gym sesh. It's huge inside, though I'd say it's more aimed at CV. There is also a good sized weights area, though plates are slightly limited if it is busy.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Staff are all nice, 24 hour function is wonderful. Most patrons well mannered and serious. Great location and facility at an incredibly competitive price. Equipment is all well maintained and new. Only criticism would be that I'd prefer more bench press benches, as there are only two.
