Shorefield's health and fitness club offers a gym with the best equipment alongside relaxing spa treatments. Book yours ahead of your next stay.
Shorefield Country Park is located on the edge of the New Forest in Milford on Sea (just on the outskirts of New Milton) and offers a whole host of health and fitness facilities, as well as a range of flexible membership options. We continue to encourage the use of face coverings when entering or moving between our facilities.
If you live within one mile of the club and commit to walk or cycle to the park (no cars involved!) then ask us about our discounted ECO membership rate.
Already a member or looking to book your personal training session at Shorefield Country Park? You can do so here. Sessions are one hour long and can be booked up to 48 hours in advance.
Our courts are available to hire by non-members: Football £9:00, with flood lights £19:50, tennis £6:00. All prices per hour. Speak with Reception to book.

Shorefield® Health and Fitness Club: Opinions
Positive experience: What a wonderful place to stay. Ideal location, (better if you drive, but can be done on public transport. The X1 stops right at the end of the lane). The indoor pool is lovely, (didn't see the outdoor one as it was oct) and the overall park is lovely. Only given 4 stars as the play area in my kids opinion was rubbish, and the onsite shop I found expensive. Would definitely return, but would shop at a supermarket on day 1.
Fantastic experience: Nice and quiet whenever I go there the appointment system works well. Cleaning materials regularly topped up and cloths changed for cleaning machines or other equipment after use. Gym is very clean.
