Fantastic experience: I love this place. This is a realy friendly, community, everyman Crossfit gym that welcomes all. Coach Dan and the crew know their onions and share their knowledge with a passion. Great gym if you are interested in Crossfit, general conditioning or strongman. The move to new facilities means that this little community box now has a space to fully develop. Changing and shower facilities are good. If you are a crossfitter visiting the area, drop in you'll be warmly welcomed. If you are looking for a new a different way to get in shape that really works come and give it a try. You'll be amazed at how much fun you can have getting fit.
