Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the gym intermittently for some years and it hasn't let me down, the facilities are good, the staff are friendly and helpful, they've got a good array of equipment. In addition, although I believe they operate through Harlands (I think most know of the trouble in cancellation), when time came for membership cancellation they did indeed terminate the outgoings...which is more than what might be said of some other gyms I've used. Well done.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for a few years now and it's really stepped up. Majority of the time there's enough equipment for everyone. Obviously there are going to be times when you are just going to have to switch it up and either do a slightly different exercise or just do it a different way. I used to get super frustrated with this when I first started at the gym in 2015/2016 (see example below) but when they moved the the bigger site this became much less of an issue. I don't know many places that have more than 12 power racks. Honestly the best gym I've been to in my area - lots of different people at different experience levels. I also really enjoy the off grid room for warm downs and cardio. The only issue I ever had really was when I was going to re-sign up last year, there were no staff members available at the front desk to speak to (I qualified for no sign up fees but would need to show ID to get these), no matter how long I waited after pressing the call button several times. They need to make sure there is always someone at the desk or on hand to go back to it if the call button is pressed. (See above) For example, I just finished incline bench and all the flat benches were taken up so I could either use one of the power racks and set up for a floor press, use dumbells and do a dumbell press or use one of the machines.

Positive experience: Visiting for a while and decided to try out the gym. Standard busy times 4 PM to 8:30 PM, however the classes are still pretty accessible.

Fantastic experience: Very spacious, loads of equipment so you're never waiting. Has a really good female section with a sauna. The classes are a killer but totally worth it and you can go at your own pace, there really is no judgement there. Music is pumping as soon as you enter so really gets your energy going. Has lockers available, bring your own locks if you want to secure your items. Has scales to weigh yourself and vending machines for helathy snacks and drinks. Although the carpark looks busy, l have never had an issue finding a space. Max 4 hours at this carpark.

Positive experience: Great gym. Would be a 5 if you tighten up and actually enforce your mask rules though! The gym inside is massive, machines of all types and lots of them. Plenty of running, steps, rowing, and cycling machines. If you like free weights, there's a silly amount of weights and benches of all types to choose from. A big step up from my previous gym and the booking system keeps the numbers down. All in all, well worth a sign up!

Fantastic experience: After moving to their new spot, this place has gotten quite the facelift. Staff is friendly and helpful, has a nice selection of equipment and they have a ton of free classes. All in all, lovely gym. (and their new dressing rooms dont smell )

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Llansamlet gym for well over a year. I love it. My PT Fran is fantastic, she gets me doing things I never thought I'd be capable of. The equipment is top notch and the free classes are brilliant. The instructors really work you hard. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym good equipment friendly staff great value for money

Fantastic experience: I joined Simply gym after not going to a gym for over 18 months, and for only the second time in my life. I was morbidly obese and unfit and had anxiety issues, too - it took me a couple of attempts just to walk through the door. I needn't have worried, one of the assistants took time to show me around and booked me in for an induction. That was with Amy and she was incredible! She listened to my worries and devised a simple plan, which I stuck to easily. She kept an eye on me the first few sessions and still checks up on my progress when I see her. Her encouragement and enthusiasm was priceless, without her I know I'd have given up. I've been going there about 9 weeks and have lost 1.5 stone already and feel sooo much fitter. The equipment is great, the people friendly, the opening hours excellent and the price is the best around.

Fantastic experience: Im signed up as a member of this gym. The staff are amazing and so knowledgeable. Wrote me out an exercise plan and always around if you need it. The ladies section is fantastic. I genuinely enjoy going to the gym here and recommend to all. Great value and great price.

Fantastic experience: Staff are all smiley, friendly and helpful. Equipment is well maintained and plentiful. There are drinking stations dotted around if like me you forget your water and it's the cheapest gym membership in Swansea. Plenty of parking too and it's private from the outside which I really like.

Fantastic experience: I had a personal trainer who listened to my needs and helped me become pain free as well as much fitter! I was able to walk to the to of Vesuvius as a result! I enjoy going, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained and easy to use. I recommend the gym in Llansamlet. Well worth the money.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for a year now. The classes are particularly good compared to other gyms, with friendly informative instructors. Also the equipment is second to none, it's new, excellent quality and constantly being replaced. It's handy being able to go to Llansamlet or gorseinon too, as I use both, which allows for more flexibility in my training, so I end up going more. Love this gym.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I started attending this gym in January with the aim to lose a few stone each. So far we have lost 3 stone each and still going. We love attending this gym and as a couple who rarely used to exercise, we found getting into a routine and using the equipment easier than we first thought. We have been going for 4 months now and still enjoying using all the equipment and seeing the results from working out here 4 days a week. The gym instructors are all helpful, friendly and supportive and they wrote us a specific programme to suit our lifestyle and goals which is clearly working. Highly recommend this gym to people either wanting to lose weight or tone up, there's equipment and classes to suit all levels of fitness.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. .came to stay in Wales for a few days at holiday inn..found this gym for my morning sessions. Ample equipments which are brand spanking new and just awesome with an array of cable machines and squat racks. Staff was amazing and friendly I think her name was llynette. Whenever I come to visit Wales this is the place I would no doubr be cisitng again for a serious pump...well done guys a truly bad ass gym
