Since TU NOVA began, the main driver was to help kids and adults become the best version of themselves possible. One way we encourage this is through being more active and making new friends with this common interest…….be the best you can be. 

Our tool of choice to help you realise this is the kettlebell. This simple training tool can give you access to new found levels of strength and fitness. Alongside that, you will improve your coordination, flexibility and more importantly that extra bit of focus. That’s just the physical side of things though, the really cool stuff happens when you experience the benefits of being part of the kettlebell community. 

When you or your child join the club, you automatically welcomed by the coaching staff and all the other kettlebell family. This has led to long-lasting friendships being developed and another social group to be part of. As for the kids, this helps them make new friends, build more confidence and let them enjoy getting more active.
