Fantastic experience: This is an amazing place for everyone, whether your are an amateur or a pro. This is a place where everyone respects each other and place without an intimidating atmosphere. The warm welcome remains the same every single day. Even the regular gym membership comes with a bundle of benefits such as classes, group training, advice and info on nutrition etc. It is a friendly space. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism Having not been a fan of gyms previously, I was nervous about trying a new gym. From day one, the instructors (and other members) have been supportive and informative. The classes I attend have been challenging but rewarding and fun.

Fantastic experience: I joined Forge because I felt that the diversity of classes, standard and variety of equipment offered very good value for money. Coupled with the excellent training atmosphere, no egos, not only make it a comfortable place to train but also a place where you are not afraid to train for your own sports and the different exercises that might entail.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with equality equipment. Great atmosphere and hard working ethic from the its members. All staff have Great knowledge in what they do. Was only going to give 4 stars but since they got a dead lift bar it's earned a extra one. Just a shame the ower can't do an ab role out from standing. Claims he can pistol Squat will upload pic when I capture the evidence

Fantastic experience: Any gym can have excellent equipment, which Forge have, but other gyms don’t have the community that is Forge, everyone who trains at Forge feels welcome and part of it all.

Fantastic experience: I would consider flying across the world to come back to this gym. My partner and I both agreed it was the best gym we’ve ever been to. I am more into powerlifting and strongman and they had a massive array of equipment and my partner is just getting started in the gym but she felt comfortable and straight at home there. All the guys super nice and helpful. Can’t remember membership cost but it was very reasonable

I've done PT sessions and Team Training, both of which have been amazing - boosting my confidence in the gym as well as helping me to get healthier and stronger. I love that it's independent and genuinely cares about giving its members the best gym possible. Both the PTs and other members make this a welcome, supportive place and I'd recommend it to anyone

Fantastic experience: There are a lot of positive reviews on here which is not a surprise. Most relaxed atmosphere of any gym I have been a member of and I have had a few. I carry a few injuries and have had really informative and helpful instruction to get the most of the gym and reduce the niggles. Kit is all top quality and the trainers are only too pleased to help (as are other members).

Fantastic experience: Great sense of community, non-judgemental gym with awesome equipment! The gym is constantly being updated with top of the range kit. I love that it has a good mix of people there: variety of age, gender, size and goals! Never been to a gym like it! :)

Fantastic experience: Great gym which has a fab atmosphere. The PT's are all very helpful, informative and professional. The equipment is varied and plentiful and the gym is always super clean. It's a fun place to be and very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I'm a middle aged woman and been a member here at Forge for a year now. From day one I was made to feel like part of the forge fitness family, there's a great atmosphere. When I started I was carrying quite a few extra pounds so I signed up with one of the personal trainers Steve Combe and now I'm nearly 2 stone down. There's always someone on hand to give you help and advice, whether it be about diet, nutrition or just what machines to use in the gym. They have a wide range of equipment and you never have to wait to use anything. Group sessions are hard work but we always manage to have a laugh and you will make life long friends here too. Parking isn't a problem either.

Classes at different times of the day on offer. Female and male trainers available to assist and help motivate you with your personal goals.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism love training in the forge gym, got all the up to date equipment you need to train light, or to train heavy, the guys here are a good bunch Dave and staff are friendly and helpful would recommend this gym to everyone. They also run many different fitness class and are well attended.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Joined Forge Fitness in June 2020. Have loved doing the small group training with Dave. I've also tried the Boxercise Class which I can't wait for it to restart. Great friendly gym with friendly people. No posers and young kids. It's geared towards the mature person. Great New Equipment too.
