Joined The gym group and first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and the staff members take pride in their appearance. The gym has plenty equipment and space to do my own workout . Fantastic experience: Good gym, does everything you need it to do. Good selection of equipment, whether you're powerlifting weight training cardio etc, everyone is pretty well catered for. The equipment is pretty well maintained too, which was a gripe with the last gym I was a member of. It's also very competitively priced. Can't criticise the cleanliness too much either, there's always someone cleaning, which is good coming out of the pandemic. Pretty decent vibe too tbh. Please get a new music playlist though ;)

Fantastic experience: I have recently re-joined the gym after many lazy years of being a couch potato. The gym is a bargain in terms of the monthly fee, it has all the facilities I need for cardio exercises and weight training. It is very close to where I live and so many people from within my community use it. Friendly staff and members, can get busy from 5pm onwards most evenings, you just got to be patient and wait a short time for the machines you want to use, overall very happy and even happier with the monthly price.

Fantastic experience: Always visit between 4am and 5am. Often a cleaner on site. Cleaning materials always available. I always wear a mask even whilst training. Feel safe at the gym

Positive experience: Pretty solid gym with all the gear for your health needs. Lots of staff about who are friendly and super helpful. The only downside is that there can sometimes be a bit of a que for large apparatus like the squat rack at peak times.

Fantastic experience: The best and only gym in this area of normanton. Great amazing staff and high quality and clean gym equipment. The place is very spacious and doesn't smell. Toilets and water dispenser available as well as free WiFi and vending machines.

Fantastic experience: I think it's a great gym! Perhaps for the ladies who want to use the heavy muscle building equipment (this area is usually populated more by men) then that might be a bit tricky if the area is busy. There are loads of equipment - and fitness classes if you can find time to attend. Only problem is the parking!! It might only happen a couple of times a month but it is annoying when it occurs! I would recommend this gym to anyone. And of course there are instructors to give you a helping hand and you can also book personalized sessions.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in derby but needs higher weights and perhaps a dedicated mezzanine for weight lifting. Still 5 stars as overall I've not really found another gym that has the same atmosphere, range of equipment at a competitive price.
