Fantastic experience: I'm a member of another CrossFit and was in Derby visiting friends so dropped in for a workout. Facilities were good and the trainer was excellent. I can thoroughly recommend CrossFit Derby, I'll certainly go again if I'm in the area in future

Fantastic experience: The coaches are all fantastic and friendly. The environment is perfect for crossfit, a great open space with plenty of free weights. All the weekly crossfit classes are spot on and can be scaled for all abilities. There's no better way to get fit, once you get hooked you won't be able to stop! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Crossfit Derby is an excellent facility with top coaches who really know their stuff. I have found it to be a very welcoming and supportive environment where everyone works hard but also have a lot of fun. The coaches are always watching everyone's form, working around any injuries and ensure everyone still benefits from a tough workout. I can't recommend it more highly - come and check it out!
