Ultra Fit Derby Ladies Gym

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed working out at Ultrafit gym so much. The staff are super friendly and the gym is well equipped. My personal training sessions have been really good. I have had sessions whilst fasting and the PT tailored each session to account for this. Cannot wait to train during Ramadan ????

Fantastic experience: The best ladies only gym going mate! Plenty of different machines to work out on. Safe and friendly environment. Shout out to the staff , always smiling and ready to help. Personally I think it's unfair to give a review about something which is due to change in near future. For example last year they didn't have the sauna , showers and toilets. A few months on they have it all. I think if theirs any concerns about anything then members should approach staff, more than likely they'll have the answer anyways.

Positive experience: Decent gym that is improving. A good range of basic equipment to get you started… Good dumbbell range. Personally think it is too expensive for what it is but you are paying more for the ladies only aspect. Some of the rules are a little OTT. If I’m paying for sauna access I should be able to judge myself whether there’s room, not have to request access every single time. Parking situation also isn’t the best as shared with a Home Bargains etc but it is free. They also close early at the weekend which isn’t ideal as this is when I’d do my biggest session. I like to plan the gym around my day, not the other way around.

Fantastic experience: Update: 26/07/22 - I wanted to offer an update as I've using this place regularly every week x3 times a week - and it's been a place that's consistent: in it's cleanliness, in it's positive vibe, busy but still no delays on accessing equipment. I've also seen the place grow with new equipment- but more importantly I've seen results! After 3 months I'm not only feeling stronger but leaner as well. Absolutely rate this place! Love this place - very much needed. Great balance between strength and cardio equipment. Would definitely recommend to all.
