Fantastic experience: A small but perfectly formed place to work up a sweat for 25 pounds a month. Fairly new machines, great free weights area too, clean changing rooms. ???? I paid 12 months up front as an Ealing resident to get 22% off the monthly price. The gym is rarely busy either...

Fantastic experience: I am a former UWL student and new user of the gym. It did not take me long to decide joining this place because the gym facility is very clean including the changing room as well as their staff are very helpful and friendly that makes you feel home :). The gym has a general equipment that allows you to do variety of workouts (cardio, free weights, stretching zone, resistance bands, workout balls, etc). And the most important thing to say: the gym is managed on the high standard! I highly recommend the UWL Sports and Fitness Centre for the best version of yourself ????

Fantastic experience: From the first day I walked into this gym my heart knew it was home. Entering the door feeling the wind hitting my back, I knew this place was home. As the great Muhammad Ali once said “it isn’t the mountains ahead to climb that wear you out; it’s the pebbles in your shoe” I am reminded in this quote every time my feet plant themselves on the treadmill. The staff leave you feeling supported and welcome as a member of staff Siva once told me “don’t give up, for it is the mind that conquers the body”.
